I agree with frafor. Why cut your hand off? If a handsaw is sharp enough to cut through bone, why isn't it sharp enough to cut through metal? I mean, the computer may have more time to punish you, but heck, a scar on your hand is better than not having a hand.

This game is pretty epic, I love how bloody/ gory it is >:D Makes it all the better in my opinion. A forth installment is DEFINITELY in order.

Sadly the maker of this game chose armor game for badges, sad but if you truly are an addict of badges then you must leave kongregate.

why is it that thier health is lower when you finish the surgery? and at least sedation makes more sense in this than in 2, where you also made you patients pissed drunk
