The game shouldn't crash when you throw an airplane backwards. I know I just poked my eye out, but that doesn't mean the universe will explode.

Strategy to get hard badge: Collect first few speed boosts, then fly up using medium fuel bursts until 3/5 fuel is consumed. Start collecting space stars. Optionally, you can use "emergency escape" as relatively fool proof way to keep fast speed to collect the stars. Here is an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlpsUSKsF7k

How is it that when I want to hit a bunch of stars, cranes and gold stars (on the way up to the space stars), I somehow manage to slip between them all, then after I fall below about 45m, they're out in force making it difficult to land for a retry? For the love of god, please add a restart option for accheivement hunters.

@mask_and_mirror + Aldorn Polak: No, it's losing too much horizontal speed. You survive it if you have engines and can press space fast enough.

Very nice game...
I've always flew just above the windmills and got the boost every time :P This is the best way to earn money in my opinion. :D

game loads but when i click on start, nothing happens, same with the load game and more games buttons too....seems to be broken

The throw I got the hard badge on took me 1700 meters vertically and 2500m horizontally with about 5 stalls but I did it D:

When I earn a badge but notice it doesn't register, I click the "Report missing achievement" link that's right at the bottom of the tab listing the badge requirements. This has happened to me a couple of times, and the turnaround time on the badge corrections is amazing, well under 24 hours. What I don't bother doing, when a badge doesn't immediately show up after I've earned it, is post a comment on the game complaining about it, since that would do no one any good.

Oops...!!! i Completed a single throw with 279 stars.... but still i didnt get the hard badge...!!!
Also i completed the game... but didnt get the medium badge...
and there is no achievement were breaked out..!!

Just got my 100 Space Stars badge.
How I did it was 1) had all the upgrades. 2) Threw the plane then immediately pointed straight up and hit the jets. 3) after about 100m I took my hand off the gas, but left it pointing straight up until i stalled. Broke out the stall and started to slowly cruise down. After stall i was at about 125m and had about 1.5 bars of fuel. don't use jet, and only make small corrections. Oh and above 100m there is not jet stream which makes it a little easier.

Is it just me who has this problem, or does this bother other people too? The achievement system (in game) doesn't work anymore, it doesn't record my achievements, making it unalbe to earn the 15 points badge.

I always stall when I reach 50m+ and then I fall to 30 and I have used up all fuel. That is soo anoying. I can never get 100 stars like that. Anybody have a good tip?

It's pretty hard to get 10km flights since there's always the risk when you're coming in for a windmill that a gust of wind will put you right on the ground.

Ok just got the space badge and did it with 1230 ( yes 1230!) stars. First throw the plane straight up and boost straight up, hold down the space and the left key. I made it up to about 420m and with one tank left, STALL DONT LEVEL. Stalling uses less fuel than leveling manually. The key then is DONT use any fuel to boost! If you use all your fuel you loose control and nose diving. Keep half a tank always, and glide straight with a slightly downward angle to maintain velocity. You'll crush 100 stars using this for sure

I don't get it, when i throw my plane into space it doesn't float down so i can get the achievement, but my plane goes crashing down really fast, even after levelling it horizontally.
