if u want all the achievements ( guild master ) i advise you to follow the guild quest prettty early, as it drags out the most. also gold is pretty much useless after u have over 50k / the biggest ship and equiptment.
trade all your crew for 4/4 attack and defense then -> easy city raid and fights. gl sailors

waaay too many buccaneer fights. it'd be nice if as i takeover cities the amount of fights between points decreased. also a "sell all unused weapons/armor button would be great.

Oh good, the BotD was the one I have. I didn't want to have to actually play it given that from MissToothbrush's report it's _still_ broken to the point of unplayability for some.

I had 85 narcotics on me... And when enforcers came I accidentaly clicked to allow them to search me. If I have sold them I would have been at 1 million:( Poof, left with 1k gold.

Started new game, first travel, 6x a thief steals money, broke and forced to wait for corpses to rob, just so a thief can steal it the same travel.

Ok so I got a walkthrough video from Youtube to help me to earn the easy badge. But then I sorta got the hang of it by myself. So I was able to rack up a few XP from what I already know and it was enough to pass the required 30.

It would be nice to have a price table of some sort for easy comparison, rather than having to mouse over each town and either write down all the numbers or hold them in your head.

Here's a guide: *PUT YOUR STAT POINTS 4 ATTACK AND 2 DEFENCE. *Always trade between neighbouring cities. * 1. Easy badge - sell some profitable three-digit goods until you get enough arch exp from having 10k cash and spent 30 days game time i.e. 10 to 30 trade trips. Then go to the achievement page found in the town menu bar thingy and you should get your badge. Other badges: 1. Get the best ship early as it helps you collect party members. 2. Trade diamonds. 3. Rescue workers and fire poor ones until you have ones with 4 attack. 4. Buy uber gear with your diamond money and blow through the quests (the easier faction). P.S. The max ATTACK stat of the party makes winning fights especially against cities much easier. You cannot raise main char's stats.

Ended up stuck in a perpetual journey to the town of Ducklette from Doxinark. On the 7th day of travel and still haven't reached the town apparently despite the cursor sitting on the town for the past 5 days. Maybe one suggestion would be to provide an option to recouperate while in transit between towns if you stop. There's nothing more annoying than being on a horse, coming across a buccaneer who's travelling on foot and finding out, not only can you not flee from him, despite having the advantage of being on a horse but also having to fight when you're on 9 health because of battles you've been forced to endure because the voyage to Ducklette never seems to end.
Nice game otherwise, took me a little while to figure out that the main way you're supposed to get money is via trading resources between towns rather than by quests.

A thief decides to steal from a giant landship with a crew of 5 people, all armed with claymores and mytrhil armor, they see a long sword the landship won in a recent battle, but they decide to take the old and weak stick from the corner

I don't know how but I got the Grandmaster achievement(get to the enforcers ending) but not get Deliver the Post(43) and Rock the Evildoers(47) achievements.

interesting game. really different from the usual. nice, overall, though it's got some strange lag, click precision, and other issues. should serve as a reminder to people piss and moan about jmtb games that they're not all just cookie cutter games, even if i can understand the loathing that comes along with patch-work character games: at least here, they're small enough it makes no difference, and the gameplay's easily addictive enough for you to forget in no time anyway.

SPOLIERS!!! There are 4 endings. 1) Rich Ending: gain over 1 million coins. 2) Enforcer ending: gain highest rank in enforcer guild by doing all of their quests. 3) Buccener ending: gain highest rank in thier guild by doing all thier quests. 4) Ruler of the land ending: capture every city! I was able to capture all 4 endings in 320 in game days ( and 1 long session in real life). I have been following JMBT02 for years now, it is nice to see him grow and grow from newgrounds, to armor games to kongregate. His best work yet!

I found some problems w/ destinations as you approach them. Sometimes the navigation arrow never gets there and constantly turns, w/o assistance from me. Please see if this is a bug or if fixes can be made. Otherwise, the game does what it does and it does it right. I'm not a fan of these games, but appreciation for a job well done needs stating! Personally, I get bored w/ these types of games, but that's my preference. Great job!

If I could play it, I would love it. It feels like a 4X game with the flavor of an old-school RPG. Unfortunately, it's not actually 'playable.' Your party's health does NOT recover, until it's whittled down to one HP and any random encounter instantly kills you. Further, I've refreshed the game six times - not an exaggeration - and each time I play, traveling between towns crashes the game. A lot of people have had these problems since this became a daily badge. Dev, please, try to fix your game!

@alieur5 I never really bothered with figuring that one out. To me the main things to worry about are attack and defense cause you will fight a lot. You are going to make money anyway so travel and trade aren't important.

When you have a wagon, establish a trade route you can keep going back and forth from and then save up for a Vanguard, skip the rest it's unnecessary
