Let me get this right....the government can fund you to drill a hole through the center of the Earth, yet they can't afford some cash to give your hedgehog a rocket of better launch system?!?!?!?!

Utterly terrible game with serious balancing issues. First few days are nearly blind luck; restart if you need to.
Day one: buy fuel, left & right rockets, and height. To launch, drag the hedgehog down to the pause button and release. Once you clear the surface, gently steer with left/right arrow. Try and hit platforms. Those will bounce you up a little. Try to snag coins. Coin score is multiplied by a figure based on run height & duration.
Your goal is to get $400 in the first few days to buy radar 2. It lets you see ALL the platforms. From that point, you can bounce around longer & earn enough money to buy more fuel. Once you do that, more left/right rockets so you can get to more platforms faster. At this point, the game becomes ridiculously easy. Get other upgrades as your money allows. E-rocket is "nice to have", since it can shoot you back up when you risk falling down to oblivion.
Made Mars in 11 days. Good luck and don't let this game get to you.

The Easy badge shouldn't be an easy badge because the amount of time,effort and luck is ridiculous like when the world generation isn't there to launch you up so you fall down a few thousand feet or in the beginning of the launch when you have trouble landing on launchpads to bring you to a higher altitude.I nearly hit Mars but then fell down 10,000 feet back to the moon.My poor luck caused me to get to mars on Day 24 despite getting a modest level 1 Radar and E-Rocket on day 2.Oh Well.. my biggest complaint isn't the luck but rather that it's time consuming and 40 minutes of my life was wasted trying to get an easy badge which in the end I didn't even get.:( Sorry for the long Comment or if I seemed Negative.

Not only is this game with about as much skill involved as an idle game somehow approved to have badges, the level of control you do have is so absolutely minimal and borderline impossible to control that it's amazing this game isn't a solid 1-2 average.

Tried following people' suggestions and looked for a walkthrough... still no dice, clearly its a game that works for some and not for others. It should not be a botd!

If anyone is having difficulty in reaching Mars within 20 days, you should know that only Height, Band, Fuel Tank, Radar & E-Rocket upgrades are enough to reach higher.. Others are pretty much useless. Also don't forget to get Radar as soon possible, its extremely useful..

You should really make a third one to where it's actually hard to get to the moon, let alone Mars. OR......you could do every planet and make Pluto like, 500,000 ft. =D

How can they be low on funding? They have the money to put all of these launchers in outer space. They just have their priorities wrong. Got it in 19 days. Not a clue how to get 3 days.

For all normal humans who couldn't understand something in this game: You're getting launched through Earth and out on the other side into space towards the moon, then you go to Mars from there. You should start by getting the rockets, then get the add-ons and launcher-upgrades. Focus on hitting the purple and the yellow platforms. The radar helps with showing where they are.

not sure how to do this one, game does not make a great deal of sense let alone playability, money is also way to hard to get!

got 1100$ the first day, bought Radar3. With the radar i could get lucky and scored 3000$ on day 2 and bought FuelSucker4. Spent the rest on rocket fuel and on day 3 i reached Mars. 1 hour of 20-100$ launches+restart. Worthless game with this kind of randomness. 1 star.

and another hard badge for me, normaly i like those launching games, but the big random part on the first day makes it frustrating. I have no idea how many times i restart this game because there was not any Platform to jump on...

"Ok, i think I can do that" "Yeah, but you gotta shoot the hedgehog through a hole through the core of the earth first." "Wait, why that?" "Cause we spend almost all our budged on buying access rights to that hole because we thought it'd look awesome." "Won't that kill the hedgehog, I mean the earth has a molten core" "That hedgehog survived a fall from outer space, I'm sure it'll be fine" "Fine just give me the rockets and parachutes from last time and..." "No! No rockets and no parachutes, you gotta buy all that again" "Can i at least get the radar from last time?" "No" "Anything else I should know?" "Try doing it in 3 days this time"

well.... this is possibly the worst game I've ever played.
Launcher is upside down, most upgrades don't seem to improve anything, and it is just not fun, gonna be a pain to get the botd today...

This is basically a gambling game. The fact that you can only make money through coins but you nearly can't gather any of them while you're on the low levels makes winning almost impossible. I strongly suggest the dev to add altitude, time and distance rewards in another way than multiplying the coins found to account for actual flight performance. 2/5 the way it is.

-Well kids to launch a hedgehog into space you will need to go THROUGH the Earth's centre as to maximize the gravitational pull on your little hog. So build yourself a giant catapult and shoot that critter directly into the ground.
That's the way to reach Mars.

1) Make a launcher where you have to shoot through the center of the Earth and come up the other side before ascending to space 2) Put the first screen "upside down" but with a high catapult length so players have no idea which way they have to shoot 3) make sure you rotate the screen a couple of times in the process in case anyone was still not confused 4) Get a lot of downvotes /// It's Easy!!!!
