A very interesting game over all, and I feel so sorry for the pale man. The poor fellow * treats his wounds and hugs him*

One of the few games where I decided that I WANTED to get the hard badge. Didn't take me too long, and I wish I saw Lord_Farin's comment before I got it... Anyways, this is a really fun game, or at least it was for me, this game obviously took quite a while to make too.

My $0.02... I wasn't a fan of how frequently I fell through what appeared to be solid ground. Yes there are check points, yes I can get pretty close so I don't have to repeat very much work, but when I'm walking along and oopse, fall through the ledge to my death, it makes it look as if the game is really flawed. And this was happening all over the place. This includes climbing the giant as well as walking along the bottom of the level and falling into empty space. If it was designed to be that way, then fine, your game, do what you want, but I'm not a fan. If it is an actual bug, I would love to see it fixed.

(After climbing the golem) So if I stick my all-mighty sword into this particular spot, it should kill the giant golem and make me a hero right? Am I right?

Killing a giant golem just putting a tiny little sword on his head,Okay, a giant turtle made of rock dying from a nose bleed that makes explosions over her body,aham... maybe if over the checkpoints the character have done something to harm the monsters this would be cool and make it more coherent.

@wingcommander: uhh... wouldn't seeing the whole map make this too easy? actually it's just like using a walkthrough.

Man the game doesn't allow me to see where I'm going, doesn't tell me what i have to do and what the f*** is going on real downer that this is botd!
Scouting should reveal complete map!

I'm glad that rock monster stood still for me while i climbed on him, then off him, then on him again to stab him in the brain.

Hate this game. I get a checkpoint at the top of world 1, fall off, expect to die, and then fall the the ground forever. Not a very good game.

Wow, did not expect the last colossus to be a sea horse with wings! I like the element of not being able to see the entire map, and the fact that the platforms moved. Gave it much more challenge than your typical platformer.

Gotta love how "difficult" the game is when I can't get past the first level because I keep falling through the ground or whatever I'm standing on every 10 seconds. Really, great job...

I keep falling through floors. I suppose this is due to lag from my slow computer... But... If it isn't, then I'll lower my rating 1 or 2 stars.

The design and concept are really nice, and I like it. But:
Most counterintuitive controls ever. Also not friendly to non-US keyboards.
Seriously, never put anything frequently used on z. If you map the space bar, use that for jumping. Or at the very least allow remapping.

My only complaint is that you can accidentally touch a checkpoint you've already passed if you fall on it; it would be best if checkpoints you've already passed stayed lit, even if you've reached checkpoints that are past them.

As described, Shadow of the Colossus inspired. Indeed it was and the game itself is just amazing in a 2D sense. Amazing game!

What was the point of the health bar? Unless there was something I missed, everything that did damage killed you instantly. The only time your health went down was when you ran out of oxygen, so you might as well have just given us a bigger health bar.

The quotes are from the poem "If-" by Rudyard Kipling; if you read it, the poem and the game's plot go together very well.

I can't believe it took me so long to play this game. It's awesome. I just love how as soon as you stop, he immediately assumes the 'thinking man' position.
