It was alright, but I didn't understand why a game with only lines as its track would need so much loading. And that music got kinda grating after a while. 3/5

If anyone is wondering about the song, it's from a user who makes music on Newgrounds!
The chick's (yeah it's a girl) who makes the music is under the name ParagonX9 but I have no idea if they even still make music. Some of their stuff, including this song, are pretty, pretty old!

I really like this, at least as a concept test. For a future installment, I'd say first of all I'd like the option to go straight to the next level once I win, rather than having to go back to the menu.
Also, the use of the arrow keys is a little clunky, I think. something like that works better in a straight line, like maybe h,j,k,l keys.
I like that you've got multiple paths, now maybe you should put some items we can collect to unlock stuff or something down alternate paths to really make it worthwhile to explore everything. Also, maybe (and this might be tough) a system that recognizes a really clever color shift exploit the cut large chunks of the level off to really encourage people to get good at that though.
Overall though, I like.

NEEDS A LEVEL CREATOR! Plus online play would be nice, kind of like a platform racing 2. You can do a lot with this game! + this comment to let them notice!

Needs to hold my attention more 3/5 you should add a customize feature where we can make our own levels and submit them for neon rider 2 if there is one and maybe an online feature where we can test each others.

4/5 Rate up if you think it needs a level creator, more levels that are more challenging, better grammar, badges, upgrades, and nitrous. : )
