Looks fun, but dragging the weapon to use it is almost impossible on a tiny smartphone. Mobile-optimized version at some point?

I don't understand how to get the hard badge...even with only the artillery and the rusty (non-upgraded) nail I end up $1400 short at end of day 11 with only having spent $1000 on health, using the artillery exclusively for red golems...

I just can't do good in this game, I die all the time :c it's so difficult! I hate changing weapon and trying to keep track of everything >_<

Failen's guide leaves me short. Buying the golden nail and artillery only leaves me with about 46000 average, which is not enough.

Yeah, this game is near impossible without hotkeys. In the time it takes to switch weapons, I take about 20 damage. Fun.

So I followed Failen's comment for a while, then I decided to spend money on ONE repair of the ship. If I hadn't done this, I would've finished in 11 days, instead of 12. Failen's guide is good.

I really wanted to give this game 5/5... It was a lot of fun!
But this game is a little too random. Not only are the waves random, but the same monsters give different rewards based on nothing in particular, it would seem. First I thought they give more reward the earlier you kill them, but that did not stand as fact. -1 star for that. If the game at least tried to compensate mobs for reward upon each day that would have been a little better (I mean random mobs, but with a sum value of at least X per level, for example).
Then there's the issue with the controls. While I see it as a game difficulty in trying to juggle each of the weapons on to each of the mob types, after a while it get really frustrating to use the mouse for this task. Using shortcuts for the weapons would have kept the game's challenge while being less frustrating. -1 star for that.

really easy way to beat this game. upgrade your nail first, then the flame, then the water and arilery. after that all you have to do is repair. 12 days. i know you can do it quicker but i wasnt even rushed doing it this way.

Like the game -but don't like the fact that I hav 2 start all over from the beginning again each time th ship blowz up! AND there's no saving & don't get any credit for repairing the ship which I've done 3x so far! That sukz!! I found at least I can blowup those Monsterz using the bombs. But still... This is the only badge I need 2 finish the Quest! I'm so-o disgusted..... help me!! >^_^<

Ok, that's annoying. I got 13 days first try, I click replay, go through it again in exactly 11 days, and it says at the end 11 days, yet on the title screen and for the badge it still says 13. Dammit.

Just need to buy artillary, upgrade nail, fire and water whilst upgrade your ship when you have the chance. No need for turrets or snipers or even health for the ship. With the other upgrades, nothing will get to your ship and you'll finish the game in 11 days thus getting the hard badge.

WTF is with the nail? It's incredibly unresponsive on the first level with the balloons I got decimated because everything else got through while I was frantically trying to pop these balloons with a nail that takes five tries to do damage once.

Pirate: Uhhh, captain I was just wondering... Where exactly were all of those turrets and bombs coming from? And what happened to all of the gold we got from those monsters?
Captain: I be buyin' all our surplies from de Walmart on the other side of this 'ere island.
Pirate:... You mean we could have been sleeping in a safe enclosed shelter every night instead
of taking turns keeping watch for monsters on a broken ship?
And this is where we enter the scene at the end of the game.
