As several people have said, the interface is poor/hot keys would be a major improvement. The sniper pirates seem to all shoot simultaneously, which is generally overkill of many of the enemies, therefore a waste of ammunition and targetting other enemies. The snipers shoot at bombs already being thrown into the ocean (again, a waste of ammo for them). When the birdbombers are shot by snipers, they don't drop bombs, which is very annoying when you were just about to cage one to drop it's bombs on enemies below.

for all of you people complaining about the badges, just sent an error report. I got a reply back from kong, and they gave me the badges in less than a day.

i like that when u noticed that their was a fire attack and a fire enemy,instead of over looking it,u made it so the flames gain health from fire.

GLITCH: You can buy the top two upgrades without having enough money if you put your mouse right on the top line of pixel of the box, it still puts you in negative money if you don't have enough.

If you want the hard badge, buy only artillery and nothing else. It only takes 4 hits to pop the air balloons, so upgrading the nail really isn't necessary. I bought only the artillery, and still I took no damage. Be aware that the nail deals damage only when it's moving down and/or left, to simulate a poking motion with its graphic. Enemies per day and gold per enemy are both random, as you can see in how the spoils of the first level can be anywhere from 1600 to 2100. That's a big spread. I finished on day 11, with slightly more than 4000 gold remaining, which is just barely enough to afford the golden nail. It was clear that I could have wound up with less than 4000 gold, if I had to use slightly more artillery shots, or if I received slightly less gold from enemies. So don't buy the golden nail. As for my review, Shore Siege is a reasonably fun diversion which ends just before it wears out its welcome. 3/5.

they don't give you an icon for the magnet, you just have to grab the little guys by clicking on them and drag them to the water, GORGO

Overall a passable game though not really great due to the difficulty of control and general UI design. Good music, nice SFX, okay graphics and mostly good badges, though the hard one is too dependant on random chance (the first game I made no mistakes and took only the artillary and the golden nail and failed to get it in 11 days by nearly 10,000 gold... there's some serious variance in that there randomness!!! Then there was the day five that was harder than the day ten... *sigh*) Overall, middling going on good but would be more interesting if the UI were worth a damn (it was the limiting factor by far).

I think the game could of been better if I could change the priority the snipers had on shooting enemies.
Or at the very least tell them to not shoot the enemies I'm throwing over the fricken ship.
Not bad otherwise.

Thanks to Failen's strategy, I got Medium/Hard badge together in one run. The ending credits animation were also pretty amusing. Good game!

For the hard badge,you can also skip the g nail upgrade that is 20 artillery shots which can be more reliable.And also better controls please.

I accidentally got the Medium and Hard badges before the Easy badge lol. Its really not as hard as people claim it is.

The game is fun, but it's definitely not well made. I'm ending 11th day with only golden nail and artillery, lacking 450$... I haven't overused my artillery so what's up? And i checked that at the first stage i got a couple times over 2k, whether two times i got around 1400 and 1600... How is this game functioning? O.o

when i first heard the start of this game i though ''cool, its like balloon in a wasteland or dude and zombies! definite 5/5 and favourite'' but then i realized the controls.... much to hard to do, please make the controlls eaisier somehow [+] if you agree!
