Have no clue how to catch the birds. Do you click on them with the cage or, like I thought, are you supposed to drop it in front of them so it drops on them mid-flight?

LOL, there's a glitch in if you press the button "next day" several times you will actually go forward several days... Did that by mistake when I was trying to repair my ship for the hard badge...

The hard badge (and medium badge that you get with it) is pretty easy as long as you follow Failen's advice. You'll most likely end up really close or just under the required 5k for the last repair on the 11th day, but it shouldn't take more than 2 attempts.

hard badge is easy all you have to do is: 1. for the dinos have a mortar strike but dont attack dinos unless they real close because if you trap a bomb-bird on them they almost die2. dont buy ANYTHING but the Mortar. everything else if if you are playing for fun, or a loser.3.go for flames and do not heal unless you dead if you dont. first time i tried I healedc to max and had 400$ off getting the badge. 4. after you buy the mortar make sure to use it only for the dinos and also whenever you have 5000$ bye the upgrade. + this up so people get the badge!

This is a really good game but, killing FAST birds and ground enemies only depends on how fast you are. I got stuck on level 2, I was trying to activate the turrets, but i did not read the info. I kept on dying and all I got is... Nothing.

I did it in 10 days by only buying the artillary. the rest of my money was spent on repairing the ship, i brought health for the ship once but that wasnt neccesary. you just have to be fast with the mouse.

so, for the hard badge i bought the artillery bomb and upgraded the nail, fire and water, only use the artillary bomb on those lizard creatures, and try to capture birds when they are over the lizards or the metal balls, as those are the hardest ones to kill. I never bought any health for my ship but every time i had at least 5000 i repaired it. =]

haha I tried 3 times using the gold nail and turret strategy, best 12 days. And then I tried without buying gold nail and I got it in 10 days :D
