I'm starting to appreciate this game and all, but when all veradux does is heal himself when ignition/anyone else in zone 4 who can puts fate on him, I want to fricking strangle him since he should be giving me a focus regen buff at least before he dies.

The main difference in the fights between Sonny 1 and Sonny 2 is mainly that the enemies have no endless supply of focus, that makes survival tactics much more valuable and the fight against some enemies much less frustating (against enemies which can heal themselves)

@dementedchicken- Uber Cheap!! If you can't get achievment through hard work (Though admitedly the final one sould classified as impossible), then what's the point? It makes the whole game worthless! Good, but worthless.

i really like this game except that intervention is over powered. I know there is a debuff attack but if your a destroyer you dont necessarily get that ability and since you cant count on allies to be smart and use that attack at the right times it basically means the enemy is invincible for multiple turns. It wouldnt be such a problem if the training zone in the fourth area didnt have you fight 3 illusions who can all use it . Along with its low mana cost and massive amount of turns it lasts it basically makes that part unbeatable.

If you drag a item from your bag, and click on the options tab with it, you can click on the screen near the middle and the item will be gone but you will get the stats on that item, but the stats go away if you re-spec the stats go away. rate up if this was helpful!

Get the item and bring it to the options menu and then close it (you will lose the item but you will continue with the status of it without using it)

everyone knows that the paladin leaves a cool accessory when you kill him, and if you beat him more than once you get more items.

Under rating threshold (hideshow) If you want all the achvimnets in 3 sec, start at new game, lose the first fight by clicking skip turn, and then when you loose click reload and Gratz. wierd bug but usefull :)

No controls for companions (you don't even what they will do next, attack whom? heal themselves? heal you?), need for grinding (at least Guardian), no item comparison, you can't see your companions equipment in the shop and I don't really see the "tactics", except for "wait until your enemies run out of focus and stop healing themselves". Also, being suddenly one-hitted by a 200 dmg normal attack, that previously dealt 40 dmg, is lame. Other than that, the story is interesting, the graphics and UI are solid. A good game with some design flaws. 3/5

guys to get the hard badges i know a hack but its not really a hack but more like a glitch ok here goes well you lose the tutorial and it says after u die click here to reload well click that and then it will go through all the areas screws the game up but gets u the achievement easy

I think sonny is more balanced game than sonny2. It had so many improvements but the skills are often abused in that game, like %100 mana or %100 health. Thats why i like this game more than the second

ok... so which attribute (vitality, strength, magic, seped) increases hit chance? Because I am starting to get tiered of hitting the enemy only 1 out of 20 times...

if you put one ability in 2 different Action Bar slots, you can use it twiss without it needing to recharge. you might already know that but i'm putting it out there.

lmao.... just learned that running the lower bosses for cash and gear to use on option menu cheat is a waste of time if you respec - it reset my attributes as well as my skills
i do not recommend doing this lol

LOL the Shadow Boss is quite easy ... (you only need to reduce the focus below 100 and he does't can kill you) and to the Dr.Herregods (The boss with 1 million hp) you can beat him whitout subversion (you need more time to get him down but if he have no focus he can't heal himself anymore) in my opinion the hp's of this 2 bosses must be changed ^^ good luck all

wow. i love how everyone is talking about "the right tactics" and such. honestly just a couple of hits should pretty much do it. well maybe thats a little far fetched, especially if you play without exploiting the options screen bug, but tactics like stun then subversion really arent that hard to figure out. then again thats probably just me being cynical

@ChaoticCat, The bosses with insanely high health usually just means you need to improve your character or there's an alternative way of killing them much more easier than you first believe, this game is quite easy once you find the right tactics to each boss and with enough levels on your character you can breeze through the final four stages.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I've done that. I just see little point in having bosses with insanely high amounts of HP compared to the characters you play as. Yeah, fair enough, bosses should be stronger. But make the HP realistic in comparisson to the damage that the characters can do. Espeically since Verdox or whatever is a medic and doesn't do anything that is really helpful in battle. I think I need to stick to games like Epic Battle and Mardek where the game is challenging, yet realistically decent.
