I now see 1 major historical inaccuracy in this game, mines on the Western Front of WW1. Arguably there has been some Tank Traps which is alot like mines but it takes alot of pressure and a soldier stepping on it wouldn't trigger it and it is only harmful to tanks. But anti-personel mines were a big no no, what if they needed to actually take the offensive against the enemy and the mines they placed in No-mans-land would get into their way? That is the major reason they didn't use mines, it would just block them and be a hindrance to both sides just like what is being shown in this game

"Ok comrades, we will storm the german trench and secure victory for the motherland. some of you will die along the way and by that i mean everyone. who's with me?!" "......."

My Soldiers took more Trenches.
Lost less Gun and killed more than the Enemy.
Yet still my men gave up at the very last trench 10feet away from victory. gg

"Go get them you gits!" "But sir they have three mg teams..." "Don't give me excuse soldier! Now go and kill those wankers!"

"Sir! Our forces have won. Shouldn't we stop bombing the trench they're in?"
"The fight is never over KILL THEM ALL!"

Two machine gunners took down an entire platoon of entrenched soldiers, I sent them out to die but I guess that works to

To complete last Mission, just use nothing but tanks until you have put out at least 3, and use all support as needed. That got me a pretty easy win, should work for you as well.

I can't get past the Land-Ships mission because by the time I've used all of my men, they've been killed, my tanks haven't loaded yet and the Germans have taken my ground because nothing in my fire support has loaded yet either. :/
You guys got any ideas for that?

soo, the enemy has one man left standing and almost zero morale. I do a celebratory mortar and it hits one of my men, instantly depleting my morale and making me lose.

Tip: Don't use any tanks on Mission 9. When they explode, you lose far too much morale. What worked for me was deploying lots of Assault Teams (best for entrenched and tanks), and using every Fire Support as it appeared. Past that, it's luck. Sometimes the Anti-Tank is right on target at takes out their tanks at once... Sometimes it doesn't, which makes it much more difficult to take out their tank. Difficult, not impossible.

"We've almost taken the field men." "We outnumber them 15 against 2." "We are literally within an inch of victory." . . . . . . "LETS SURRENDER!!!"
Sorry, but the dev needs to rethink his moral meter; it makes no sense.

@TIV Games Morale is dependent on success of one army against the other, if you are dominating the battlefield the enemy will surrender.

sir, There's poison gas in the trench ahead, should we wait till it clears." 'NO rookie i'll tell you how we roll here, we run in there and choke to death, understood?"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Never in my life have I ever seen men just be like "Its too crowded in here, lets run straight into mortars, gas, machine guns, snipers, and tanks. Sure we will be killed on the spot, and sure we will give up because our morale will go into a freefall, but hey, at least were not crowded in this trench!"

@NightmareMissy Because you can only play as the British on here, you have to play on armorgames to play as the Germans, so all the kongregate badges are just against them.

"Hint: War is not fair" Useful loading screen hint of all time. Surprising how many people miss that particular point.

@AERUNNALLADO "If this was WW2 then I would have agreed that the Germans were the bad guys of the war, but in WW1 there was really no true "Bad Guy" in it, just a bunch of powerful states grinding thousands and thousands of men and lives against eachother. Heck Germany didn't cause this war nor were they the first nation to declare war. In a matter of fact Germany and the Kaiser Pre-WW1 was extremely against a European War and tried his best (Although he's an absolute crappy ruler) to diplomatically solve and fix the tensions between Serbia and Austria-Hungary. But then again I might be taking this too seriously and you just meant bad guys as the opponents in the game "
Well said.
