The only gripe I have with this game except the desperate move to make the game longer by making actions take time is that melee isn't viable. Melee monsters in this game are so incredibly worthless, I maxed out a Bravion, and he can't even survive past the 4 second mark. Come on, fix melee.

Sorry for double-post, but I wanted to say that while the storyline is practically non-existant(seriously, I think you'd be better off without it), the graphics and game play deserve at least a 4/5, if not 5/5.

This is one of the best games in kongregate in my opinion. It has no lag has remberbal game play. but its is easy to stop playing it has no interesting story. for me to make this 10/10 it has to have a better story. my review is 8/10

Found a weird glitch in the sky island, I searched sky island and found an undefined who had 0 on all stats species N/A and class N/A who cost me -1850 AKA gave me 1850 after I bought it.

Note to developer: Notifications are bugged. I get too many on the screen, and they go up past the boundary of the screen. Also, they linger for longer than they should, invisible, discontinuing my ability to click on things "under" them.

oh and in my opinion, the short list of creatures is good, I honestly don't like having to keep track of like, a hundred or so creatures. That's why I stopped playing Pokemon around Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, too many creatures to keep track of, and now there are 493 Pokemon. No thanks, lol, I'll stick to the short, simple game of Monster Saga.

As others have mentioned, the Epic Cup Holder Badge is bugged. I've won all 4 tournaments several times. Other badges awarded fine, but that one has some sort of issue.

5/5 for the design, gameplay and especially for resisting the temptation to make this wonderfull game another bogus, crap premium piece of shit.

one more thing, I think the fast forward 3x is not enough seems slow at the end of the game where you just want to max out your monsters :)

Well, I have a few things to say.
It was way too easy, to start off. All you had to do was get your farm 3/4 (probably even less than that) to get more food than you'll ever need. Then, you just kept repeating side quests to get more candy, which lets you level up monsters very easily. Then all you have to do is use your food to max their stats, then you've got an unstoppable team. And then you just fly through the game, and when you beat it, you unlock... A new monster. To play the whole thing again, to get another new monster. There really isnt any replay value in that,and it gets frusturating. I also wish it were a bit more strategic with stats. Because in the game, you could just MAX EVERYTHING. There were no paths, nothing to sacrifice, it was just either your monster was good or bad. To sum it up, even with all these mistakes, it was a fun game. Id give it a 3.5/5 at least. :s
