So he kills a whole bunch of hazmat guys, releases probably hundreds of caught mutants that are being studied and finally essentially puts an end to research that could very well find a cure to the effects of the pollution and after all that his daughter tells him that they DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING?!

I seem to be stuck. I blew up the generator and then died and now I can't reblow it up. Do I have to start from the beginning?

This game is beautiful. My only complaint is that a lot of the story feels like, rather than trying to rescue my daughter, I'm just running about randomly popping pills and killing zombies. Because I have absolutely no leads on where she might be until I find the Island. Sadly, this is a failing of a lot of games of this style. Still, incredibly fun.

has anyone tried to make a map yet? i'm sorry, but it's really bugging me that i can't get to the dying old man...can ANYONE help me, please?!??!

Great Design. Also deserves 6/5 for having the first really helpful Helpbutton *ever*, that doesn't destroy the game flow.

Get a gun that makes some enemies harder to kill, check >_< (I found it easier to melee gunmen, they didn't dodge those attacks)

Don't know if this is a bug or if i'm doing something wrong, but every time i punch the first boss in the face he flashes but his health doesn't go down.

Lovely game. I enjoyed the fact that you have to actually think how to damage the bosses instead of simply shooting at them. One thing you could have put tho was some background story maybe like collectables, how the pollution started, diseases, etc. Anyway pretty cool! :)

So in the end, I ended humanity's hope for survival, and killed the few surviving non infected only to go back to a bleak reality where I will soon die and leave my daughter alone. Good plan.

love when you find the clubhouse , but it think that Easter egg should have had a special item or something fun. something you could use in game . maybe a more powerful gun ? or a flame thrower or something crazy just for the people who backtracked .. good ending

The 1st boss requires more than just "some thought," it requires perfectly aggravating timing not just to dodge its final homing projectiles but also to land an attack.

This is a short and sweet comment I'd like to share.....Wilt: Last Blossom is one of the rare platform game that I dig a lot! Really nice work on this one ! p.s.: This PM will be shared on the comment page.

Just a little tip for everyone who keeps giving the game poor ratings because the first boss is "glitched". No, it does not have infinite health, you might have to think a little bit, no matter how many times you hit it, its health will only go down if you hit it in the right place. This is a very good game and i hate to see it rated poorly because the first boss requires some thought

Reaaaally wish I saw that save button, had to run to work when I was fighting that specimen x or whatever. Now to wait for someone to post the endgame on youtube

Very fun game. Just the right level of difficulty. Love the boss ending - ends exactly like every good monster movie should end :)

This game is nothing short of lovely. Apart from the jumping mechanics and plattforms being spot on, what stuck with me was the atmosphere. It's really refreshing to see something that has this much effort and affection put into it. Story, music and visuals seem like they definitely could come from one place. A convincing and coherent escapism experience.

I feel like a jerk after beating the game, they didn't even hurt the girl, and she was obviously the key to finding the cure, now I've killed everyone who might have been able to cure the disease so it's my fault that the world is now a zombie wasteland forever.
Great game btw, i LOVE the 8 bit story driven platformes, and you did this one really well.

Don't know if anyone has noticed that, but on the first boss, if you pause the game after he throws that green thing at you, it will just keep moving until it disappears.

xzxzccc: The main character is always called a protagonist, and the one who opposes the protagonist is an antagonist. The two movies you listed are examples of Villain Protagonists.
