An old beaten up desk... herm... I have a hammer, but I think ill go on a mindless quest for a key, surely this trusty hammer cant get through what has to be rotten wood, no hammer could! AH MORE ZOMBIES! To bad this hammer isnt a crowbar, you cant swing a hammer at a zombie. Whats this, a locked door? Made of thin worn wood? To bad my hammer is useless in this situation too. DAMN YOU HAMMER!

The thing with the notes is annoying. Is he so preoccupied in remembering his last moments that he has to take precious time to write down recent events? Also, the transition between areas is creepy at first, but can get irritating when you forget something halfway across the house and have to sit through three of them, one after the other. Otherwise, great game, and I'd like to see a sequel with a more developed story.

Do not put water in bathroom drain until you put the magnet and fishing bob in there or you will NOT be able to finish the game.

@timmybus: if you put the water in the bathroom hole first you have to go to the basement and flush that water using the switch near the locked box.
Plus this so no one gets stuck.

this is annoying, if you put water in the bathroom hole before putting the magnet down there then you cant get the van key, very very annoying

The movement arrows are definitely a bit touchy.
Since it tracks your time, there should be a speedrun high score table.

I really rather love the point and click adventures...I believe this game has potential for a series...and what is not to love about nice artwork and creepy sounds...I believe for what it is worth however...this game could have been about 3 times longer...and what I love about some of the PaC games is that their are multiple ways to beat it...this game there is only one way to beat it and that is it....8 of 10 stars...

Why would you put bandages in a safe? "OMG im bleeding to death!" Wait here while i get the bandages , let me open the safe first ARGH i forgot the code , to the kitchen!"

Pretty fun game, with or without logical application of items. I enjoyed the art and the presentation was wonderful. 4/5 because I felt the ending was anti-climactic and there is a contradiction with the basement (I can't go in there while the power is on or I'll get electrocuted! / I need power to work this pump...)
