For the cube boss in boss rush mode, use the boomerang. It's much easier that way. All the shots you would miss because you have to move end up coming back to hit the boss.

@chaosguard I totally agree. It's sometimes awful to try and get through places when you try and jump and all of a sudden you're zooming through someplace and then you start all the way back to the save point. I like the concept of having a gravity snail...it's just that it needs done a bit differently...but other than that I love the game and I wouldn't complain about anything else.

Gravity - cool concept, but horrible implementation control wise (for me). Ill often double tap jump simply out of habbit.. next thing I know Im zooming into enemies taking tons of damage -.- Would much rather have a designated button as "gravity mode".

Fantastic game. Really great game idea, simple, yet funny. Love the konami code reference too, that made me laugh. 6/5!

Has Ateras, I also think about Metroid, that's a great game thought. And don't under rate me just for thinking it. It's the true!!! 5/5

5/5. This is an incredibly good metriodvania. The design is wonderful and the game is addicting. Really feels both old and new school at the same time which is incredible. Very, very well done.

This is my Boss ideas: (not the boss rush or like Vizuna's) Shellbreaker: When ever she moves, I got round and around. I kept shooting while she's dead. Stompy: I can't defeat him. and I got and idea like an awesome man saying "Huzzah!" I had shooted Stompy's eye and avoided the stampeding feet. Space Box: Whenever he adds another block, I shooted it. (Not like the little block.) Well, at least, When every he got to a side, I got to the other side. Moon Snail: When he shoots the dark waves, I avoided it. I shot her when's he's dead. That was easy or impossible. I had seen the black dots and followed him. At Last But Not Least, SUPER MOON SNAIL! Whenever He had his shield, I stopped shooting. He jumped and jumped until SUPER MOON SNAIL stopped. Whenever he goes the center and splits parts into 4 or whatever, I got round on a split. I stopped shooting when he sleeps. I avoided the SUPER RAINBOW WAVE! Thumbs up for my Boss Collection in Snailiad.

Why isn't completing this game an impossible badge? Seriously, this is the hardest game I've ever played, I just can't finish it, the last area is too frickin hard. I end up rushing through the levels, but failing all the time. Just too hard.

I feel like this is like metroid/samus platformer. The way you can shoot your bullets, colors of doors. However i like the aspect that you can walk on walls/

After 5 minutes I finally found the 19th helix fragment! In the room that has glowing spiky balls and the Devastator skill,the top left has one! (And the snail town,I found 2 but don't know where are the other 2 items...)
