This game is real great! Reminiscent of the 8 bit legends like metroid and blaster master, and even a bit of zelda. Very fun simple game that stays true to the classic 8 bit side scrollers.

This is what I did: 1st boss (rainbow), hold C in initial position and shoot right and diagonal. 2nd boss (rainbow), always stay between both eyes. 3rd boss (boomerang), stay near center to avoid small cubes out of sight and switch between top and bottom when it approaches. 4th boss (peas), stay near center and hold C to shoot at boss. Switch from top to bottom every time donuts launch. 5th boss (rainbow), when bouncing just move so it hits near you, then it can't angle directly towards you. When sleeping, try gravity jumping from one vertical side to another just before the Z's launch. Later it often tried to cheat when shooting waves, starting at the opposite side of its gravity. I just started on the opposite side of it and switched again after the first wave. When it cycles peas, just walk along the edge. Good luck!

There is one thing that didn't really inspire me. Shell shield (or whatever it's name is) is supposed to protect you from any damage when you are in your shell. I tried it on the last boss. Didn't work.

Awesome game really like the original concept and game play. I love how there are so many secrets to discover. However, there are so many secrets I cant even find the correct way to go! I dont think Ill by able to finish this but good game anyways 4/5

While I did manage to fnd the Isis shrine once, I didn't have what I needed to check it out, and promptly lost it for multiple years.

How to reach shrine without gravity power or metal snail: In snail town go to the left bottom side like jimmy said and then hide in your shell while pressing left until you go through the hole, then do the rest like jimmypage21 says to do.

Man, this game is awesome! This game is so old, but the music is awesome, the style is cool, and the story is very inspiring. A bit random with snails, but the gameplay is still very fun! Also, there is a lot to explore! This game is an amazing game, and I'm sure you'll enjoy playing it. 5 Stars!

This is likely my favorite game of all time, even above SCGMD4 and MARDEK 3. The game design is absolute genius in every regard, it truly feels like every enemy was planned very well, and the game is built so well that speedrunners are literally playing a completely different game by noticing just how much can be left behind and skipped completely while the completionists are, yet again playing a completely different game in that wild shell goose-chase, finding several hidden rooms and shortcuts around the amazing world. Some were really well-hidden! Also, the final boss is amazing. It's so imposing and challenging, yet so satisfying. Also, the upgrades are really well spaced out and they all feel fresh and great to have. Just, wow. 10,000,000/5

Glitches:
1. slide through mare carelia where there are blobs and in the middle you sometimes glitch in and enter boss rush.
2. In moon snail/isis' room at the top of the floor(ceiling)(must me on top)(must need high jump)(must have gravity snail) you glitch in sometimes.
3. Escape boss rush from start of it at the top. First collect gravity snail and quickly hold the up arrow while you gravit to the left.
4. Rarely if you are in lux liratra, when you are in the room that has a bunch of wall eyes(the complete black room) at the main right wall(must have devastator) you glitch in and find yourself in mare carelia.
4 glitches=A LOT! Try them out guys, they exist, I will prove it if you try XD.
