For the cube boss in boss rush mode, use the boomerang. It's much easier that way. All the shots you would miss because you have to move end up coming back to hit the boss.

Fantastic game. Really great game idea, simple, yet funny. Love the konami code reference too, that made me laugh. 6/5!

wow this game is so addictive. especially when i found the boomerang. the only time i used my map was when the snail said to press M, its not that big of a world any big circles u make in your journey will only take no more than 5 mins to get back to, so you should find shrine of isis if you just keep moving and exploring with the certain powerup you get later on that will change your gameplay entirely. or just look at the comments and ruin it by making the game end faster resulting in you being bored faster.

to beat stompy, use your boomerang to hit the eyes when the feet come down. you don't have to jump. if you noticed, your boomerang goes further in the opposite direction. so aim down and to the right/left and it will come back and hit the other eye.

Music and graphics are so retro. I wish I was in the NES days now :D Gameplay is amazing too.
One minor comment though: Gravity Snail is really hard to use. I'd really like easier controls for that.

Finally beat the boss rush! For the 1st boss just sit on the middle of the left wall and shoot right with rainbow waves constantly. 2nd boss just stay in the middle of the feet and shoot top left and top right constantly. 3rd boss stay on the top and bottom wall and kill the small boxes when they spawn asap. for moon snails 1st form just stay on the ground and shoot at him while always dodging the rainbow balls he shoots, the 2nd form is obvious how to win ofc.

This is great. By the time I got the Ice Snail powerup, I was so frustrated with those freaking ice guys...part of making an item like that rewarding is making it satisfy a felt need. You definitely nailed it. I haven't felt that excited for an item in a video game for a while.

yeah, a really easy way to dodge the zzz attack from sun or moon snail is just to sleep as well. :D
The invulnerability frames last you the entire attack.

Pea shooter glitched so I could only shoot in one direction, which stopped me from progressing any further. Other than that, great game.

One of my favorite games. So much fun and secrets, thanks for the achievements! There needs to be a sequel. MAKE ONE!
