I confess, I tried this game because I was looking for badges. I forgot all about the badges about five minutes in, and played obsessively straight through to the end. Five stars.

"Wow, the hero is heroically defeating all of the monsters that have terrorized our town for ages. What should we do to honor his valiant triumphs over those terrors?"
"I dunno, maybe we should have a special hero tax and charge him about twice as much for supplies..."

Awesome Game. I would say that axeman is the best. Upgrade his speed a little and he attacks as fast as rogue. Does double or triple rogue's damage too. Don't try to get as much gold as you can. You get a lot of gold from achievements throughout the game. Spend all your gold on stones before going to the next part or floor. The stones double or triple in cost when you go up a floor. + this to let everyone see.

"You Almost Died That Fight, Why Not Do A Training Fight To Get Stronger?" Beacuse it was the training fight I almost died on!

Immediately thought this was a game by armorgames, until I saw the graphics and the fact that there were no elephants in the game. 5/5 though, keep up the good work;)

When you reset character stats at a high level it takes too many clicks to allocate your points... Maybe add a button to place 5 or 10 points at a time? Other than that great job 5/5

contary to what the #1 comment says, max your speed not power, your axeman might seem to be attack as fast rougue because there's an upper limit in the animation of about 2 atk/sec, however with higher speed, enemies will attack much slower. if you have 5 times the speed as enemy you'll attack 5 times before enemy attack once, final boss has 12k+ speed, if you dont have high speed yourself you wont know what hit you and your abilities cooldown will take forever. with higher speed you essentially slows down the action to manageable

Why are necromancers always negatively stigmatized? Why can't necromancers work for a children's hospital and resurrect all the kids who die of cancer?

Played as an Axeman and found the last boss a bit too hard compared to the rest of the game.
Resetting stats in the end and putting it all on speed made it quite easy.

Would be a bit better if there was a keyboard shortcut for the 'proceed' button at least. Or if it remained in the same spot for fights/treasure chests.

The stone seller cheated me out of my money by raising the prices after every level, but that's fine. I simply bought around 300 of each stone on the third floor, and then went up a floor and sold them all back to him for about a $2,400,000 net profit (or loss, in his case). That'll teach him to try his hero tax on me!

Wow, what the hell. If you ctrl and make the screen bigger until it takes up your whole screen mostly, at the left hand side there are two hidden perks, harden skin for increasing total armor, and Focus, increase total piercing. + this so people know

If you added the ability to set X # of auto-fights and pick certain Rage skills to auto-use when enough rage is generated or under certain circumstances, you'd have yourself one awesome idler.

Beat it! A bit repetitive and simple. The problem is that there is no real change in game play through the game. Animation is going to make or break this game if it becomes a series.

Something definitely gets wonky with gold when you go fast enough. If I slow down enough to do the math it all works out, but how did I get from less than 1k to over 200k gold in a few minutes of training fights when I'm getting around 400 per fight? I mean, I'm not complaining, but...

Tips for hardcore: Wait at the start of the game for the armor gems. Either keep them, or sell a few for the exp bonus jewel. Cash is limited, so don't buy more than 2 of the cash bonus jewel (it doesn't pay off well). Speed matters more than attack, since it slows enemies down so you can cancel their specials. To beat the wizard, drink potions until you get 500 rage, then use wound and stun to kill him. Got more? Repost this and add your tips.

The mechanic is fun for about ten minutes but it quickly becomes a grind. If you die, buy better armor, train, try again. Not really any thought needed, you just gotta click and wait.

The highest rated post isn't right - speed is better than attack because it adds rage quicker and gives more time to react. EVERY stat/perk into speed, whenever you find an enemy you can't beat, fight once then practise fight grind for upgrade/level; first upgrade money jewel then XP jewel. Only use stun skill. Don't worry too much about the price increases, as the money drop increases a lot too - only thing to remember is to spend all money (upgrades / stones) before killing a boss, because inflation makes your savings worthless.

After a battle is finished, the Proceed screen should be a click-anywhere/hit-any-key-to-proceed screen, making grinding for higher levels a bit more.. quick?

experiencing what appears to be a bug in the blacksmith at the moment. The cost of the gauntlets, armor and boots are 8/800, 8/800 and 12/1200 respectively. I currently own 33 armor runes and 2,159 gold. I'm confused as to why i can't upgrade, please help!
