Terrible spelling is terrible. However, the broken English was actually pretty amusing; "I hope you get some level up", rofl. Oh internet, where do you find these people?

Yes, it's correct: Among other activities, rating games will give you points. I just wonder why. Rating a game means almost nothing. If you like, you can blindly click a number of stars without even having tried to play the game. Instead of getting points for that, you should be given a reward when a comment of yours gets a certain number of "+"-ratings. So you could level up by making useful remarks or helping other players with your hints on a game. - Just my opinion, but maybe someone has similar thoughts.
