Under rating threshold (show) Every nano spent fighting neutrals is a nano wasted, unless it's just unfeasible or takes too long time to attack one of the red spheres instead. Keep an eye on the big neutral spheres and capture them just when Red has weakened it enough. :D

Under rating threshold (show) easiest hard badge ever. All you have to to is move quickly, keep swicthing from cell to cell. Watch for when a big red cell sends out a bunch of cells and attack it when it only has a few. do not attack the small cells that have a bunch of cells in them because when you capture they do not produce very well. Also stay away from big neutral cells unless they were weakened by your oppenent first. Always remember: when you atack a neutral cell, you waste your own cells without you oppenent using any cells, so eventually he will gain the advantage. Hope that helps and makes sense.

Under rating threshold (show) *Strategy Guide* 1. Quickly gain cells by attacking neutral 8s. Grab big cells only if on low health. 2. Make the cells relatively close to one another. 3. Select ALL cells when moving units. 4. Spam unit moves when attacking a cell. Just keep clicking. This prevents weak enemy cells from moving units. 5. When enemy moves a tank (blob of 20 or higher) move cells to area you think it will attack. This decreases damage. Also helps if you move stuff in way of tank - decreases tank size. - This helped me win lvl 12 within 3 tries. + if it helps.

Under rating threshold (show) I liked the low-saturation colors: it gave it kind of like a Victorian, or 30's-50's playing at Victorian feel. The gameplay is not too hard, once you get it straight that this is nano WARS, not nano-colonization. Yes, it does feel like cells fighting, or (in a weird way) a metaphor for the Cold War. It does need a lot more levels and/or some kind of level generator-- I had too much fun to stop!

Under rating threshold (show) For 13 I play aggressively, taking the small ones around me at the start and using the majority of my forces (make sure to send enough) to take their medium and large bubbles when they are weak (when the enemy is spread out). Try to hold back the strong attackers and stall them while you go straight for their important bubbles, don't bother with the large neutral cells until they are weak. Later on, try to connect your territory and start pushing forward using two or three large armies and finally surround them and take over.

Under rating threshold (show) I attack the small neutral ones close by first. Then I select all of my nanos and quick tap bases repeatedly. Unfortunately, it doesn't take much strategy. Just keep reselecting everything and tapping each base you don't own. You can beat each level in about 2 minutes. One of the fastest hard badges I've ever earned.

Under rating threshold (show) I find it strange that all the popular games of this capture-and-defend-cells RTS genre on Kongregate all have 'Wars' at the end of each of their names, which also always only consist of two words: the Nano, Phage, and Tentacle Wars series. Equally strange is that all have just two entries in their respective series so far, despite releasing at relatively drastically different dates (this here being the first I believe). To top those notes off, at least one game in every strategic collection has above a four rating, and regardless the series, only one of them has badges. I know this is random information but the near-staggering number of coincidences is kind of intriguing. Oh, then there's the fact that the units you control are always referred to as 'cells', though I'm not entirely sure what type of cells capable of extending tube-like tentacles came into existence.

Under rating threshold (show) Fun game, but it would be better if you could send movement commands while game is paused. In later levels, when the screen is more cluttered, it becomes distinctly unfair an advantage for the computer who can send instantaneous commands to all bases while you are limited to one mouse click at a time.

Under rating threshold (show) I made 10 of the 15 levels way, way harder than they needed to be. I started playing this a couple weeks ago, and by today I had forgotten the rules. It's really not a hard..hard badge, but, always be capturing enemy cells. My problem was that I kept going for neutral cells. I had forgotten that capturing enemy cells actually kills them. I also forgot that the number that can be in a cell, is determined by it's size. So, just make sure to capture enemy cells, and large ones. Basically don''t be an idiot like I was for 10 levels lol. Really great game.

Under rating threshold (show) Here are some tips that might make this game easier: Although it does work to send lots of nanos very fast it works better if you are patient and play on the defensive side. send nanos right after the CPU does so that you will be protecting your own. Just wait for the right time when the CPU's nanos are low and then hit them with not all of yours but just a group near the one you are attacking. hope it helps

Under rating threshold (show) For those still having problems on the harder levels, when an enemy cell attacks it leaves itself vulnerable. This is especially true of the harder levels, where an enemy cell may unleash tank attacks (move 20 or more nanos) leaving the cell with 5-6 nanos. Take advantage and attack the cell when it does and while you still can, as it will not stay vulnerable for long.

Under rating threshold (show) I can see that strategy advice isn't that helpful... There is a lot of it here, and this game isn't that difficult. However, here is my two cents: Don't keep your nanos on your bases unless you have to. Watch your opponent and then react. Once your opponent has acted and you are sure your bases are safe, start grabbing the smaller ones. React; don't act. But THIS #1: Keep your nanos in the air! Having tons of nanos on a base does no good. If you have tons of them in the air, even with many of them being 1, it's very hard for your opponent to see where each is going. Not only that, but if the air is cluttered with your nanos, it halts your opponents movements, because when two opposing nanos collide, they cancel out. If you are concerned with keeping a particular base safe, use proximity by sending the nanos back and forth between bases that are close. However, continually sending them across the map in confusing ways and then back to the center is the best way to utilize this strategy.
