"Sir? We've been having trouble getting more ships into orbit after our one successful launch... it seems that as soon as the pilots hit any obstacle they shut off the engines and crash. No, sir, they only had minor damage. Yes, they have the new armoured hull available, but they seem to be requesting the very first prototype instead... they say they like its 'smaller profile'."

You know, having obstacles directly on top of accelerator gates -- or 2 or 3 accelerator gates piled on top of each other like a practical joke -- is the sort of thing that starts to hurt a girl's feelings after a while.
More generous repair powerups and fuel cells would be helpful considering almost everything in the sky causes immense damage to even the strongest hull. This includes hard looks from all the pilots who insist on performing the world's most static airshow over my launchpad for some unfathomable reason.

Tips: 1. Forget about collecting money, just go after the midair boosters and gas cans; you make far more money by gaining altitude. 2. Spend early money on the fuel efficiency and thrust increasing upgrades, not the ship parts. Save up and don't buy every single ship part available (you don't have to buy them in order fyi). 3. For your rocket thrusters, don't hold the button down- this uses up its juice too quickly and it sputters. Instead, try tap-a-tap-a and you'll get a continuous speed boost.. just be careful because this makes control of the rocket harder. Good luck!

for the hard badge: avoid all the accelerators if possible, especially in "space" cause there are so many satellites and ufo's, dont use your boosters- you should pick up more than enough fuel cans to make it without them- remember: slow and steady wins for this badge

A scientist was today sent to jail for life for the murder of 115 pilots over a course of 35 days. When asked to comment, he said that 'they were hovering in the way'.

This scientist Must be a genius if he can crash into a plane a hundred thousand feet into the air, and still make money.

Ground Control: "OK, we're ready to launch." Pilot: "Wait! There's something wrong. My visibility's too low. I can't see more than a few hundred feet in front of me. At the speeds I'll be going, I might collide with something." Ground Control: "Too bad. We're launching you anyway."

That must be one weak rocket... since it can't even damage WEATHER BALLOONS when it is falling without breaking into little shards

Decent twist on the typical upgrade/altitude game. However I think it is WAY too easy to take damage repeatedly from the same object. The physics of "hit something once and you carry it with you, thus hitting it repeatedly for several seconds" is dumb, especially when each subsequent scuff does the same amount of damage as the initial impact. Perhaps you could limit damage to one time per object hit, period.

The Hard badge is made inordinately difficult by the tight camera. It's impossible to react or slow down during the initial launch.

the crashed rockets should collect over time so every time you start a new launch you see all the crashed rockets piling up

One of the easiest Hard badges I've done in a while. Once you're all maxed out which you pretty much have to do to win the game anyway, you just drop your hull down to the tiny level-1 design and fly like there's no such thing as power-ups. You should have enough fuel to make 250k w/o picking anything up, so just play it slow and safe and its not that difficult.

Did anybody else notice that this guy's house is 1000 feet high?
Also, I'd prefer it if the statistics screen after your attempt didn't block the whole screen. It looks like some entertaining physics and crashes are going on behind that sheet of paper, please let us see it

Huh... I've got a couple million... Can't I just pay the bi-planes and balloons to take a day off AFTER removing those silly boosters?
Seems like a wise idea to me...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
They should be paying whoever put those boosters up in space instead of this scientist. They clearly have a better understanding of rocket science.

Never have i ever... Run out of fuel, Started dive bombing, got fuel, tried to turn around, run out of fuel, continued dive bombing. Awww yeah

I just saw 2 biplanes kamikaze. They hit eachother, then fell, still connected by their propellers, into me, killing me instantly. FML.
