Artillery doesn't have to be a mounted cannon. All it has to do is shoot powerful rounds at long range. Yes, there is mobile artillery active today, here is a great example.

ugh....i upgrade one unit then another one loses its upgrade.....then i reupgrade the one that unupgraded and then the first one unupgrades....4/5 now plz fix this

When I saw this, I thought it would be something like Advance Wars, but it's just as good. I'm not understanding why everyone is complaining about level 12, I beat it on my first attempt on hard. 5/5.

the game was a cheap knockoff of warfare 1917 like what old age said but it was a little fun except for the lack of navy battles

What the hell is wrong with level 12... If I have a ship that's full health and they have a half dead ship, my ship dies when they ram me....

@cheherasade: Yeah, I beat it with the loss of just 4 units. The game is waayyyyyy to easy, and you don't really have alot of decision making points that matter in the slightest.

wasn't slow for me but it was really boring, if i wanted to play a good game i would play warfare 1916 or something whatever it called. this is too easy and boring.

If only I could vote zero. This game needs to go back to the drawing board. The lag between screens, unit imbalances (1 unit doing 150 damage killing a 15000 hp ship in 5 seconds? some bad programming right there), the inconsistencies in gameplay, everything.
Good concept, horrible execution.

Just a few balance thoughts.
RANGE, NOT DAMAGE, IS THE MOST VALUABLE UPGRADE. LIFE IS THE SECOND MOST VALUABLE. SHEESH.
There absolutely has to be a wider battlefield with defensive strong points that you can take and hold. Otherwise, static is always the way to go. There absolutely has to be a counter to a turtle strategy (putting 12 long range units on defensive and just mowing down the enemy before they can get in range). I suggest adding accuracy and evasion to unit attributes. You need a rock/paper/scissors thing going. So far I see 'rock' and lots of scissors.
You need more tradeoffs in the more advanced units, not simple straight improvements. Too much gets obselete in a hurry.

yes troops truck in "artillery" doesnt make sense. Neither does the fact you are forced to allow storage on your comp to play the game. 1/5

4 stars for execution, 0 stars for game design. One of the most poorly designed games I've ever played. Shows some promise but needs some serious redesign to make up for the deficiencies. Currently, successful strategies appear to be highly boring. You know that there is something wrong with the game when you are actually harmed by having more troops on the board.
