Russia's men are not "Super Soldier".
In the Winter War of 1939 'til 1940, the Russian army had about 3 times the amount of men than the Finnish military, but by the end of the war, the casualties suffered by Finnish was only ~68000, compared to Russia's ~390000.

Level 11 i think it is. Well any way the first level with only infantry allowed is extremely hard. I died right away and only could beat it after 13 tries. Here is a word of advice: DON'T JUST FOCUS ON ARTILLERY OR AIR FORCE, OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FIRST TRY!!!
