So, I just started and cleared out everything but the castle in the beginning. I tried attacking it now that everything else has been taken care of, but it says I need two frontline units. Where do I get knights or something besides soldiers?

horible glitch or just somethig that wasn't added, but you can't equip your spells there either needs to be more slots or make it so you can change the equips. and also if you click on a slot and than any of the "others" than it will take the skills spot.

@ silverseren, you need two frontline units as in you need two groups. You can click on soldiers twice, thus having two groups.

Would be cool if the damage multiplier from hitting the "sweet spot" was inversely related to the size of the "sweet spot" so hitting those REALLY tiny ones did huge dmg

REALLY needs a pre-load screen with a percentage to show how far along. Staring at a blue flash with no feedback makes it hard to determine if it's broken or just slow-downloading.

Yes, I know the main character is a pretty cool guy who isn't afraid of anything but I can't stop thinking he looks like a saiyan mixed with Twilight.

bloogsh, " if you cant say anything nice better to not say anything at all right? " than that would aplly to you. just the fact that you said that wasn't very nice.

The only nice thing i can say is, the game runs well at least >.> as for the gameplay, art, music etc etc ...welll.... if you cant say anything nice better to not say anything at all right?

I cant fight the first castle. It wont let me do it without building a stable or a royal court but i have no place to build it or plans to build them. AGHHH.

I just fought in a tournament, and won about 10 battles, and wasted a long time, only to lose to a snake - and lose 5% of my wealth and army, and have no benefits to show. This game is absolutely horrific and I wish I could rate it negative 5/5.

The game is extremely boring, repetitive, and the graphics are very poorly drawn. If there weren't dozens and dozens of battles against the same enemy, I wouldn't be complaining. But honestly how lazy can you be that you just make the player win slow fight after slow fight without even changing the enemy.

It's an okay game, but something about it screams early to mid-2000s newgrounds upload to me. The gameplay, the art, the animation, the story, the misspelled dialog, even the title (okay that one's just being nitpicky, sorry) feel like "my first flash project", but not in that so bad it's good ironic kind of way. Not offensively bad or anything, but also not especially interesting. Maybe speed up the battles, add some more strategy or gameplay beyond click attack and maybe a spell to win. The timed hit thing for the basic attack is a decent idea to start with, but that's also wildly random for no apparent reason. Maybe add differents sorts of timed hits for other abilities to keep things interesting? I dunno, with a little work on all the unpolished parts, the game could be pretty good.

Can't start the first castle fight,i can't unlock anymore type of units and there's no circles to click apart from battles, not blueprints....bit confused here.

Click the same unit twice to attack the castle. -.-
The game is waaaaaaay too slow for me to enjoy it... Its good, but too slow for me.

It would be nice if I could move the map with WASD, just started playing so I don't have a lot else to say yet. Looks good so far though :)

Castle fights are slooooow, at least they are just a few. If you play centered on fighter, once you get "Beat down" there is a big part of the game that becomes extremely easy. The game is easy! but a great story and really adictive. This game is an heroic work for just one developer, solid as a rock and nicely drawn but right click options are open to break it up. BenSpyda has become a legendary flashgame developer for me and my community, keep doing jewels!!!

Silverseren, you can click on the soldiers twice to give you two sets of soldiers. It took me a while to figure that one out too, but when it says two frontline units, they don't have to be different units. Hope you see this and it helps!

The dialogue is hilarious, the skilltree is well done, and the combat, while not exactly deep, is at least a bit more engaging than most games. It can be a bit slow. The castle battles especially. The 1v1 fighting bar is a bit too fast/choppy for my taste, but these are just fine tuning points, as are the spelling mistakes. The game is well done, could be a lot better with a little more work. Just the same, an easy 4/5.

It won't let me attack the castle without two front line units, but I can't find the blueprints to another building type to let me get new units. I found blueprints to an alchemy lab and a market, but that's it. I can't go to another area, except for the tournament isle, and that chick beats me badly all the time. Any help?

I don't understand, am I doing something wrong? I can't get past the first castle without have two frontline units, while I only have soldiers. To make either of the other two, I need a Stable or a Royal Court, but I don't have the blueprints for either of those. And the only way forward is through the castle. What's going on here?

You must individually spam click continue to progress. The map is not intuitive to move around. This game is too slow. 1/5 this shitball.

Something very annoying: clicking anywhere (or even just on the continue button) doesn't make all the text appear at once. I can read faster than the text gets revealed, and there doesn't seem to be any option to change the text speed. It's a minor detail, but I want to see the story, and I don't want seeing the story to take so *long.*

The end was way too easy with the shrines maxed out, I kinda wish I had tried to fight Uzi without them, as it was he died from one cast of my army of the damned. If new game plus offers more of a challenge I'll never know because there's no way I'm grinding that shit again. Should have just put in a difficulty selection option to begin with. I like the game and the series but it's so slow, and being unstoppable at the end was just boring and repetitive.
