Fun time waster. Needs to be longer though. Maybe make a sequel without political connotations to avoid all the people who can't take a joke :P

I love launch games, but this is no fun at all. Complete lack of control, no physics-altering upgrades and lag far beyond what's expected due to the graphics or physics involved (probably from sloppy coding) ruin this for me. After all advancements in the genre over the past years you bring us this? Thanks!

I was expecting some political comedy here, but there really isn't any. There is no witty humor or social commentary. It's just any other launch game with the President instead of a penguin/hedgehog/turtle. And it's not as good as any of those either because it lacks the depth that those games have. It can easily be completed in less than half an hour and even then it's just not as fun to play as some other launch games. It's not a bad game, but we have come to expect more from launch games than this. 3/5 Wait, the national debt is a million dollars? That's not so bad... Actually, that's probably the best we've had it. And second of all, do you think that rocket pogo-stick is the reason we're a million(?) dollars in debt?

I too am feeling short changed. Don't get me wrong, the game is 'ok' but I was hoping for some kind of satire or something like oiligarch where it was making a point about the current economy or state of the world. Perhaps its timing as being around the election time is just out? Hell I'm even British and don't care that much who the yanks elect. Its all gone downhill since you declared war on us and sued for independence!

So, when we stop spending money buying supporters and more efficient systems the national debt comes down to what we're actually collecting?

it's between a morman and a black guy... for 95% of America that is just like alien vs. predator we don't want any of them

Ridiculously laggy on my computer compared to other games. I run Skyrim better than this. Maybe you should read up on algorithm time complexity.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Am I reading too much into this, or is there subtle political commentary in that "Mr. President" is doing backflips to improve the national situation while people still denounce/protest him?

@chapman i got several hundred thousand per run once i got all the upgrades -.- took 4 runs with all upgrades 38 runs total.

Now the only 2 questions remain, 1 Is where did the money in the sky come from? 2 Is why there appear to be 50 tax trucks on 1 street. Coincidence? I think not!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
probably shoulda been saving all the damn money i wasted on mass amounts of cheaply made pogo sticks for the debt i owe instead.

Have to agree with dr c owen, decent game, but...that's it? I'm done already? Think this might be the first launch game I haven't rated at least 4. Good start, but a 4 or 5 is going to have a lot more to it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't like the fact that I lose my progress when I buy some upgrades... Give me the feeling that I've to start again
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Nice :D If only it were this easy...ah well. And yanks, please shut up, you don't own the internet, I don't really care who your next president is.

Why is Eddie Murphy trying to balance the budget, anyway? Oh well, it is fun so at least a 4/5. Next time you should do it with a real president...and I wouldn't hold my breath. I wish it were not true, but Jeb, unfortunately, will be our next kin...err, I mean, president. Effin Bush's! ;)
