I can defy gravity and do seven somersaults in midair. I can unlaoad twelve rounds faster than you can blink. I can take a bazooka blast standing. I've shot down aliens and have wrestled mutant lizards to the ground. But water makes me explode.

what this game is missing (it's still addicting though) - weapon branches for the decision on your starting weapon, more mixes of special weapon types, and MORE LASER GUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just bought the doomsday, and its a beast! its like the spear but with higher damage and ur reload takes like almost nothing (its better than the chaos)

Two things I'd change to improve gameplay: 1) Context sensitive pause. Any game that has you moving the mouse around to aim/shoot you're going to accidentally click outside the game window. When this happens the game should pause automatically. This is made even worse by the fact that the game doesn't give you control again until you click meaning you get beat up because you went off screen but can't even move when you move the mouse back. 2) On platforms that can be jumped through let me push "down" to descend through it. Dodging would be improved if I could jump up through a platform then drop back down easily. Other than that, very fun!

Fits like an old glove. Too many new games try to be different and special and try to hard. It's nice to see someone just burn through a classic concept and just put modern gameplay elements into it. Good show, BerzerkStudio.

Hard mode with 2xEnemies and/or 2xHP enemies needed, that would be a real shoot fest! :-] Great game though, really like the graphics. Gameplay is great also, well tweaked... and sound.. so, ye.. only the story remaining then, and that SUCKS!! Neh, great funny twist, gj guys.

@sociology Nobody makes you buy the premium guns, I did this game completely before they even had premium guns and I got through it just fine. Beserk doesn't weasel money out of anybody, but they enjoy a nice tip or two for their fine ass games.

If you can get the barrel of your gun into the wall, you can shoot through it. Sometimes it's worth the time to take out enemies from later areas of the map through walls where they can't get you. Just remember: if the barrel of their gun is in the wall, they can shoot through it too.

Nothing says good fun like a run and gun game, especially when you have a gun that shoots explosive shots in three directions and has a shotgun effect! I'd say a gun like that would give the old Contra spreadshot a run for its money (yes, I'm referring to this games premium Titan Slayer gun, that's a beast and a weapon for the ages)! Rockin' game, Berzerk!

Funny story, nice to see a game that doesn't take itself seriously lol. The gun you buy for 300 diamonds (which you get near the end, you don't use your own kreds) is insanely awesome, pretty much waltzed through the last level with it. Still, I do wish there would have been more levels to grind and more skills to unlock, 5 is pretty low. Good game, 4/5.

Please add in an auto-pause when the game loses focus (when the player clicks outside the frame). It's a simple fix and prevents many unnecessary deaths. Many action games on here now have that feature; there's no reason for this game to lack it. The reticle is far too small and not bright enough. It disappears into the scenery constantly. Lastly, one of the most frustrating things I found in this game was the over-emphasis on the player's weapon/projectiles vs. enemy attacks. By the end, I'm firing huge blasts of energy and lightning at a screen full of enemies. Meanwhile, these same enemies are firing back with tiny rockets and the same fireballs that they had at the beginning of the game. Often times the tiny enemy projectiles get lost in the chaos. The most dangerous things to the player need to be the most obvious things on the screen. The missiles need to be bigger and stand out more, as do the late-game enemy fireballs.

It's not a terrible game, but it'd be quite nice if the game paused when you click outside the frame. This happens roughly once per mission for me - I'll try to swing quickly from aiming at one side to the other, try to shoot, only to find out that my mouse is out of frame and I'm in for a world of hurt. Especially annoying when it happens in the middle of a swarm of flying enemies.

I totally agree to the 2nd boss quote " wat the eff , you could have just ask ! " Imagine this , Gunbot starts shooting you for no good reason . After shooting till your guts comes out and he asks , " Do you have any water that i can drink a sip? " Pretty anti-social guy isnt he :/ ( kills people before asking anything )

Okay, so the "bro" is a robot, the sis is a beetle who likes to dress up as a ghost, the dad is a giant yellow lizard, so who's the mom? A fish? A fly?A caterpillar? A hopping thing?

Do enough achievements to buy the first premium weapon. Is the best accessible weapon without having to pay for diamonds or finishing the game. The last row of weapons sucks.

if you wanna look cool then waste your bullets until you have only one bullet then face backwards shoot an enemy make sure you're facing in the opposite direction also make sure it dies and don't move

TIPS for medium Badges:
Use shotguns-Super G-47,Raptor,Armageddon,and then Ares,so you can shoot missiles easyer.
You can shoot thru walls,if you come close enough.
