I can defy gravity and do seven somersaults in midair. I can unlaoad twelve rounds faster than you can blink. I can take a bazooka blast standing. I've shot down aliens and have wrestled mutant lizards to the ground. But water makes me explode.

I legitimately can't play this because of the amount of lag... the game will freeze, stop me from shooting, force the character to continue to run, and basically just mess up everything. I really want to like this game, it had such a fun intro, but it's hard to like it when I can't even get past the second level because I can't even control the character...... idk if it's just me, but I normally don't have performance issues, especially for online games on Kongregate, so I'm not sure what the problem is...

In case anyone is confused by the solidity of walls: One-way surfaces (walls, floors, ceilings) block bullets only in the directions they block movement, but they don't block you (or enemies) sticking your gun barrel through them - so you can always shoot upwards through one-way ledges, but you can only shoot downwards through ledges you're standing on.
The tricky part is that there aren't actually any two-way walls, only one-way surfaces surrounding a "solid" texture. Because of that, if you stand right next to that massive wall blocking you off from a different part of the level, you can blast the creatures on the other side with impunity... unless they're standing right next to the wall too.

Why is this game so utterly laggy? I thought it was something on my end, but no, it's just super slow. It was freezing up just on the intro slideshow :/

I don't like this game: too many sudden death points. I would remove most of them for middle badge. 8 health points and bounced trap would make this game more acceptable to keep playing.

OMFG! I usually hate games like this, but I must admit I've always been a fan of the Bezerk games, lol. And this is no exception! Tough, frustrating, and ADDICTING! It's 4 in the morning and I HAVE to quit and get some sleep and I don't want to, lol. 4/5

The tri-shot is basically worthless. The best way to go through the game is slowly advancing and killing enemies as they appear while remaining distant. That means you're rarely fighting many enemies at once, so you're not going to hit with more than one unless the enemies are very close.

There should have been an automatic pause function if you clicked outside the game window. The game relies so heavily on shooting enemies on the edge of your camera view that you can't help but occasionally click outside of frame.

This one's a game I keep coming back to off and on. It's an interesting mixed bag of stuff, but an enjoyable one nonetheless. First up, the good bits: The story is self-aware enough to sell the package in that "lol random" kinda way (as was the state of the Internet back then, see also Stick Figures On Crack, The Laser Collection and asdfmovie), the level design is nice in a self-contained Metroidvania kinda way, the guns all feel nice and the music is kickin'. However, this is let down by frustrating enemy placement, a somewhat limited camera, and the fact that enemies can move and shoot through impassable terrain. I reckon that had there been a few tweaks to these this game would be near-perfect. As it stands, it's flawed, but good.

First badge 2011, now finished all badges and best bet is 5000$ CHAOS laser gun and 6000$ shield 7. With laser you can do "wallhack" and with it final level is easy peasy, even the boss itself.

I can do a whole bunch of stuff but I die after getting hit twice. I must have been made by a genius to only give me two lives and send 10 flying bugs at me with only 4 bullets in my gun.

In my opinion, the cheapest premium weapon is the best weapon in the game, a combination of shotgun and tri-shot wipes out everything easily. Plus you can just get without paying by just getting diamonds from achievements.
