I can defy gravity and do seven somersaults in midair. I can unlaoad twelve rounds faster than you can blink. I can take a bazooka blast standing. I've shot down aliens and have wrestled mutant lizards to the ground. But water makes me explode.Leading causes of damage: 1 - enemies shooting through walls, 2 - game loosing mouse focus, and 3 - edge grab triggering.

Gunbot 2 would be cool. Things I'd like see/improved upon: an explanation of skill sometimes would be nice (shotgun, trishot, rebound, laser, Full auto etc). That wall is always confusing and buggy, if my gun is through the wall I can hit things past it (but that's what laser is for right?), sometimes an enemy is right in front me but I can't manage to hit it ... grinding for money to buy all items is always a pain ... after you finish the game, maybe an endless mode or some such. A high score record for fastest completion for each level would be cool too (hopefully no1 hacks 0s for each...)

A game like this really needs to detect when the mouse is no longer over it. I can't count the number of times I click off the edge of the game then I can no longer move and I get hit. It's still fun just aggravating!

World 3 completed – Patience is key on the final level. Take your time, and don't get reckless!. Actually the key isn't patience it's using the same cheap tactics that the enemy uses. Meaning enemy can shoot through walls. Yup they sure can but what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Get up beside a wall and shoot you will shoot right through it. To shoot through the floor you must be aiming at your feet. Shoot through the ceiling you must be close to it or able to jump to it just shoot when close to it and you will shoot through the ceiling. Move the cross hairs close to the edges of the screen moves the screen and can usually get things out of range to pop up so that you can kill them. I made to the end and beat the final boss and 90% of the enemies were dead before I got to them just from shooting through walls floors and ceilings.

the 300 diamonds gun is actually awesome compared to all non-premium guns. Feel free to buy it. It can even kill the final boss in 3 shoots.

Horrible - easy, repetitive and boring. Can beat whole game easily with 1st laser. Exp too fast, money close to grinding.

I'm generally against comments on controls, but come on guys! A 2-d side scroller should have a d-pad and two buttons, one jump, one shoot. Anything else just makes the game less fun. I don't want to aim the stupid weapon, I either want to shoot straight, upward, or downward, and I want to be able to bash the shoot button!

Please add in an auto-pause when the game loses focus (when the player clicks outside the frame). It's a simple fix and prevents many unnecessary deaths. Many action games on here now have that feature; there's no reason for this game to lack it. The reticle is far too small and not bright enough. It disappears into the scenery constantly. Lastly, one of the most frustrating things I found in this game was the over-emphasis on the player's weapon/projectiles vs. enemy attacks. By the end, I'm firing huge blasts of energy and lightning at a screen full of enemies. Meanwhile, these same enemies are firing back with tiny rockets and the same fireballs that they had at the beginning of the game. Often times the tiny enemy projectiles get lost in the chaos. The most dangerous things to the player need to be the most obvious things on the screen. The missiles need to be bigger and stand out more, as do the late-game enemy fireballs.
