...Seriously?? How is this any fun?? It takes forever to level up, the enemy balancing is abysmal, the stat upgrades doesn't do jack shit, the dungeon maps are painfully one dimensional... This is a grind fest disguised as a retro Zelda game. How is this so popular?? Seriously, sometimes I just don't get you gamers...

So, the games loading and Im killing time reading comments. No idea my volumes at 100. All of a sudden, Berzerk's theme plays and I damn near fall out of my chair. Just silence and then fcking "RAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!". Good job Berzerk :D

Seems like a decent game with a lot of effort put into it, but I gotta ask, why did you take the level up system from Zelda 2? That is the WORST part of that game! You could have had a much more satisfying level up system and still had the retro LoZ feeling.
Personally, I could have done without the RPG elements. Make it more like LoZ or LoZ: LTTP. Still, fun enough that I played a little bit past the Easy badge. 3/5

This game is very VERY well done. Just up my alley :)
All I'd wish for is more enemy-types, faster, even if it's just other models :)

Geez, it takes way to long to get money to buy equipment. A week of playing an I still haven't gotten 5k for a sword. much less the 10k more needed for the armor and shield.

Loading screens take too long, get hit four times and die even on the earliest levels, music makes me want to play Pokemon.

I know many people won't care about this, but some tips for the 1st boss in the castle at the top right in the 1st world: you should have the throwing axe by now. Use it to keep some distance from the boss. The boss has 3 skills (from what I saw those minutes i fought it): A tentacle sweep (yes, it's a giant squid, and the attack is shown by pulling it's teeth back to himself), A summon ability that summons flying bats or whatever they are (Not marked in any way), and a laser beam, marked with a blue eye. Just take some more distance whenever he's blinking white- red, and you'll be fine. Pattern for sweeper tentacle is to the right, then to the left. Laser always shoots in the same directions in the following order: Middle, Right, Left, Middle. I hope this helps the ones having trouble, even though this is an easy boss.

Super Pedro Broz a boss who is evil because creates random explosions and awesome gameplay. Link himself would be jealous he isn't in this awesome game very deserving of this 5/5.

Just a comment to say that the 'Official Forum', as advertised/linked in-game ('Special Features' Menu - linked from the space-bar inventory), for http://www.berzerkstudio.com/forum returns a '404 Not Found' error. Removing 'forum' from the link taken to, -does- have a forum: http://www.berzerk-land.com/forum/
(N.B. The site 'Search', has a very poor text colour (very light grey), for anyone with sight problems.)
Is this a bad link, or not updated etc? As 'Berzerk Land' appears to be like a mini-Kong, with none of the advertised: Official Walk-through, Maps, Cheats, or a Forum - about *this* game (I admit to not spending much time checking, as I'm unwilling to sign-up to a site, purely to use a 'Forum Search' function!).
It appears that this game's been out of Beta for a while now - I hope that doesn't also mean that the Dev's given up on it!
