I found a glitch... if you use boost moral than power attack and click on yourself...you cant get out of the seqence and your stuck D:

Awesome game but a few bugs remain. when you chop off the weapon arm of a galdiator equipped with a sword and shield, he can still attack with the defensive strike upgrade, even though he has no weapon or arm.

Tip: the enemies don't seem to ever target the left arm or leg of your characters. This allows you to wear items with bonuses even with a low armor rating, with little vulnerability to worry about.

It would be nice if the AI could differentiate between enemies that are Debilitated/Dead and ones that are Alive, whenever I set it to auto they always end up going for the ones that are useless and letting themselves be owned by the single person that can still attack.

I just bought a new slave that had stats higher than 10 on each area, yet when I go to apply new stats, I see that she doesn't have any of them,she's a the basic 10 starting point.... except for level 14 charisma (which she didn't have wheN I previewed her).
Smells like a Bug to me...

Protip: Low speed isn't that bad when you have a defensive character and you're trying to bleed out your opponent. More enemy turns = greater enemy bleeding whilst you're safe behind a shield

Lol i chopped a head off and have team of 3 on auto fight, next one attacks one that lost there head on arm and head pops back on lol

Enjoyable concept. God awful amount of grinding though. The guys in 8th place in the first city are fully armored and have a team of 3. Sorry, but I'm not going to spend 2+ hours only grinding just to be able to compete with the starter enemies on a flash game. I'm sure the difficulty levels out after that, but I have better things to dedicate my time to.

Note, speed can never make you attack twice to every 1 attack from your enemy. All it affects is the order for your first attack. if it's 1v1 the person with 100 speed will only attack once before the person with 10 speed attacks. Don't bother putting a lot of points in it unless you want to burn 1000 gp reseting it.

Several of the goals seem to be buggy. None of the "win X battles without losing a gladiator" ones are registering for me.

I am only starting my forth city and so far so great. Battle speed would be nice I agree but if that is my only quirk with the game, then well done Sirs. Well done.

There should be a reset, comfirmation button when allocating stat points. The reset you have to pay for, which is 1000 gp, is fine, yet an "undo" button would suffice. All and all, thank you for such a cool game :)

It would make sense to get items the guys you kill are actually wearing. I'm noticing that the difficulty spikes halfway through the first level, which sucks. Not enough good items, it's hard to keep up. It requires a lot of back-tracking and spam killing to get anything (XP, weapons, armor, levels) which simply blows in any Flash-type game. Sorry, if I want to spam through levels to catch up with the computer I'd rather play a real RPG, like Final Fantasy, where spamming actually gives you a sense of accomplishment instead of realizing you've been killing the same guy a hundred times because all of a sudden the latest baddies are super-human and are decked out with armor you can't get unless you, again, spam your way to it. This game needs to loose the spam if it wants to be truly incredible. Also, a name change option would be nice, maybe a free one time only change per character would be fantastic.

I have a shield gladiator that's only job is to block and protect my two damage dealers. Sometimes when I hit block, he does nothing. Game over, every time.

If it only lasts for 1 turn, why does it say "5 turns left"? And, even more important, why the enemie's shield bash always lasts for several turns?

WE NEED A SPEED UP OPTION :D!! the auto attack needs some tweaking too, people without counter attack with 100% hp/armor should not be spending 5 turns blocking until they die. also they are attacking people who are already down if you wound their chest they can still attack the limbs for damage and the chest they can attack if it bled out and there is still armor. balance in skills needs some adjustments as well seems to me that a good sheild and counter attack trump everything else i can win battles with one gladiator doing that vs 3 higher lvl than myself

@Zalcan. It just blocks for one turn anyways, upgrading it increases the damage multiplier of the skill on the damage of the shield. I think upgrades just increase the potency of the effect, not the duration of it for the most part.

i think its kinda dumd how people on the ground can dodge and the leg is chopped off and the arm?? how is that and for the harder goals u should get better things insted of bronze and the slaves when u buy them the stats go back to ten

make it so you can reset the skill points! If it's too late, I'd rather just play the next game you're working on that waste your time.

A thing I realized about Shops: When the game sent me the message of a new city available, I went to the new city's shop. I realized the items for sale of the new shop have the best statistic the game allows you so far. Further updates of the same shop (after the 15 min. period) don't offer the same quality. So it's a good idea to save some money and keep and eye on the new shops. Hope it helps!
