There is a bug on the design. If you reload the game, it will make you start the level where you have let it previously, with the time spent on it before (that is fine). But if you hit "R", the timer go back to "0:00", but you start on the same checkpoint, and not at the beginning of the level.

Spot on controls, interesting gameplay, inclusion of water as a physical element to overcome, interesting level designs... could this be the next meatboy? Minus the story. But hey, nobody's perfect. Story should be an addition for Vex 2! ;)

Wow! GREAT game! The controls are simple not complex, the music and sund efects rock, and I love jumping games like this! Favorited!

Wow. This game is making me cry. It is an amazing game, it has a wonderful aspect and I am enjoying the puzzlement of it all. And by the way, for the people who are confused as to why more peole have earned the medium badge is because it was added before the easy one. I think.

15 sec L1
At the start just wall jump off the right hand wall and then the left hand wall you will be able to pull yourself up. hit the top green platform and then the check point. jump across the bar and then KEEP HOLDING RIGHT and jump again. cling to the wall and quick drop to purple block. cling to left wall, quick drop into wall cling right wall, quick drop slide to finish.

what the hell!?! On Act 1. 1 there is this slide under the spikes part and I can't go fast enough to go under. i've only done it twice and then died immediately after. It's probably just me but whatever!!!

Well the game itself is... OK, I would say. Was kinda short and the jumping is a little sloppy, IMO (on the falling platforms, to be precise - the character acts strange on them) but I totally loved the swimming parts, this was done absolutely great and I think that in your next game you should actually make swimming main mechanic. That was done very well I enjoyed those parts the most. 4/5

Vex Is the Awesome game in the world.
I have a cheat.
First, go through a checkpoint.
Then, refresh the game.
Once you did it. Click on Play game
then click on continue.
Then die and you are on the checkpoint and the
time starts on 00.00.

I'm not sure what everyone is smoking but the controls feel odd. With the ice platform, if you don't get running speed before jumping your horizontal air movement is gimped to oblivion. If you were to stand on normal platform and jump straight up, your horizontal air movement is not gimped at all. Confused.

Really well done in whole! Though controls were really good, wall jump might need some polishing. P.S. If you do get some badges; don't wipe my progress as I just perfected all ;) (though I'd still get em again :P though those credit lasers felt more of like luck shoot, but a short level so 8s end has to be more annoying still)

I was wondering if you are going to remove the sequence breaking parts? I know in Act 1 & Act 4 I had very short clear times because of wall jumping tricks. Otherwise, great game!

Oh, oh, so if a game is *legitimately* torturously, hideously, outrageously, sickeningly difficult, it's perfectly fine. Got it. (I'd say even that much is questionable, especially with things like the little hop off of down blocks and icy areas.) No, no, no, no. Look...there's something you guys gotta understand. The reason you don't see things like checkpoints between super-hard stretches, thus having to replay the same stretch over and over, isn't political correctness or wussification or degradation of moral vaules. It's because *we hated that crap*. And the companies, the ones who get *paid* to make games, learned that we hated it. It is a DISCREDITED IDEA. What happens now is that if you're determined enough, you'll get through the level eventually, you'll just have a lousy score or bad ending That's the way to do it. That's the *only* way to do it. *Namco* understands this now. Ye gods. 2/5
