in the balcony room get the sad mask then once amos kills preacher take preacher's bones. Then go back to balcony and give dog the bone.
Open chest and get yarn use yarn on mask and the demon wears the mask.

@Desu3927: The locusts can be found by repeatedly going inside and outside. There are 5 locusts in each of the outside areas where you first enter the human world, but only up to 3 will be on the screen at any time. So you need to kill 3, enter a building and go back outside, and then kill 2 more. Do that for each of the 3 areas, and you will have all 15.

If you take stubs' bone back to the room whose window you sneak out of and give it to the dog, you can get into the hamper the dog was on and get some yarn, which you can combine with the sad mask to make it wearable. This doesn't seem to have any practical purpose, but you'll be wearing the sad mask for the rest of the game.

When amos beats up stubs the drunk, take the bone from stubs and use it to distract the puppy in the bedroom, then get the ball of yarn in the hamper the puppy was on. Combine the yarn with mask for the award "masks we wear".
