Scores needed for three stars: four under par for all the three-hole courses (1-4 and 6); ten under par for 5 and 7; twelve under for 8; six under for 9.

It's sad what gaming has come to; everyone whines and cries when they can't win every single time. You people would never be able to handle a real game like poker or backgammon, you'd cry every time the dice or cards didn't come up the way you wanted. That top comment by sh0ber is particularly whiny and naive.

Finally got the hard badge. Here is a tip: When you pick up an iron it stays in your bag across until you use one, even if you quit a hole. The only way I could three star the last two levels is by loading up on irons 2 through 9. Use them wisely!

Too much randomness; I feel like I'm just playing a slot machine. Also there's a bug, if you get an iron, then quit to the main menu, the iron is still there when you start a new course.

Fact #1: Hey, this is probably the best solitaire game I've ever played! Fact #2: Solitaire, while an amusing diversion, relies a great deal on luck and makes no sense to have badges for. Why not have badges for winning the lottery? Hey everyone, you win a million kajillion Kongregate points if you win the lottery. Yaaaaaay?

Worked on this for an embarrassingly long time but finally got 3 stars on everything. I agree that the app store needs to be taken off the game page, but in spite of that, great game. Simple but enjoyable. I don't know of any other card game I've enjoyed this much

can we get the badges fixed? i got 3 stars on all courses and when i come to the game, the badges say i only got 3 stars on the last course... don't have the badge for beating the first course.... and screw the challenge... download an app for a badge?? FU!!

Better your current score by 1 shot - when you go from, say, par to -1, play your mulligan. The cards will go back to where they were but your score will remain the same. Play the same move again and you'll get the points again.

These top commenters whining about "oh no the game has luck in it" are sad. Yes people, sometimes you can't just show up and win every time, that's what real actual games are like.

This game is a true abomination. It features relentless advertising, disproportionate reliance on luck, and unwarranted boasting. It is a shame that this game is on Kongregate.

I might have bought it, but actual prostitutes have been pimped less than this poor abomination of a game. Horrifically unbalanced and entirely dependent on luck of the draw. This isn't even a game – it might work for a gambling table, but it doesn't test anything except the player's patience with the plastered ads and random deal. Needs a major revamp and a complete removal of the ads.

Guys, in order to get your badge, go into your chat box and then click achievements tab. The badges will all activate properly and you can go on your way to getting lucky 6 holes in a row for the hard badge.

Lame that one bad hand negates 3-4 good holes. Not wasting my time going for 3 stars on all holes. Too much luck required.

Feature request: the ability to retry one 'hole' of our choice in every course for the 6 hole games only. It would really help!

I have to agree with Kazuka. It's a bit ridiculous when you have a good streak of luck going and then it gets screwed over by chance. There is too much luck and chance to this game for stars and for their to be a badge for 3 stars on every level is too much!

When the fornicating appstore banners won't piss you off, a impossible to finish 3rd or 4th game in a series you perfected all the other games in will. All the while asking yourself : Why golf ?

OK... To get the hard badge, you have to search all the clubs in the "Greenhorn Hills" area (because there you see all the cards) by flipping your deck... Do the area over and over to have all them and then start the area where you want 3stars. Reset the first part of the area until you get a good score without using a club and then finish the other parts getting -3 ou -4 by using the clubs 4-5 cards before the end of your deck( when usefull...) You won't win every time but it really increase your chances to win...

It needs a "back to menu" button from the scorecard. If you hit five over par on the first hole of one of the later levels, there's no way you're going to get three stars but, right now, the only option is to reload.
