Under rating threshold (show) I have every upgrade available in the shops, but in the truck races all the other contestants have a higher base speed than I do, so even when I'm getting a boost or weapon at every single point they're available, I'm getting overtaken by others because they can catch up with ease. :/

Also maybe you should be able to buy boosts, so there's something to spend your money on after you buy everything.
