after i use my buff, all of sudden the server down. and i just see my ship being destroyed by the dark dragger. i need to restart and now i just lost my buffs and also my ship.

This is a game for rich 14yr olds that have no life. So they feel the need to pay to get big then pick on smaller ships, even though the game say's they can't do it. I think this game should be taken off of Kongregate for good.

.. And as a reply to those "best comments": Your loot can be stolen, but you will always receive coins for killing an enemy, which is more than the gold you 'loot' and is enough to resuply your ammo! Without questing! I have noobs pick-up my loot so they can buy themselves a nice ship! Have fun noobies ;-)

I think this game, in comparison to Seafight, has some sort of simplicity around it. Seafight tries to impress the player with certain features and graphics but Pirate Storm just brings the player the joy of fighting other pirates! I prefer Pirate Storm over Seafight any day! Congratz Bigpoint!

don't try it, nothing interesting, only extra big ship hunting you again and again. the only way to play is to buy upgrade for a lot a real money....

This game needs a limit on PVP - no matter when I've logged on recently, all I've done is spend ages repairing myself having been destroyed by significantly bigger players. There's just no point anymore.

needs a level limit on certain areas but always the ability to kill others, at low levels in the beginner area ppl run around looting your drops

Has a ton of flaws, not gonna lie. But I do like the overall idea and I want to see the game get better so I'll keep playing. Biggest fault: you actually want me to spend over 100 bucks on a one time purchase of "diamonds". Yeah...no.

I love how easy it is to get the basic currency on here... and how easy-ish it is to get the special currency by completing pvp quests. great job, pretty challenging, keep it up.

Does Bigpoint need THIS MUCH MONEY? Pretty much all of their Kong games are MONEY BASED! FREAKING HELL BIGPOINT. Why don't you just GET A LIFE! We waste money on you (maybe), just so you make ANOTHER bad Pay to get the best game? Now Kong needs an ignore button.

It really starts out like a great game. Graphics are nice and the leveling is fairly steady and all of the PVE stuff is great. What ruins it is that in higher levels, PVP is unrestricted so higher level players are in low zones just to kill newer players because they fear a challenge. This makes it really boring for newer players since half the time you are waiting for repairs of a sunken ship. Need more controls on levels

you can only earn diamonds in quests and it is of 100 per quest you can't buy a frigate or large with that it will took you years

i disagree for that screwing on Bigpoint..well yeh some of their games arent that great but like example drakensang or kultan are really amazing in comparison to most browser games.
