I got the same problem as PCX Firebird. After a mission, I get a gray screen, same thing at the start of the game. If I keep clicking, I go through several of them, then the game comes back. I assume they are supposed to be cutscenes. I guess they're broken for me and firebird.
Cutscenes, probably, yes. Try waiting for several seconds without clicking, like Firebird did. They should come back on. I just played through the game again and encountered no problem (using Chrome and Opera 12)

There is a bad glitch when I play... after I get done with a mission, and before I go back up to the mountain, it gives me a grey screen with the mouse pointer in the top left corner, and the music button in the bottom left corner. Could you fix that please?
We haven't had anyone with that bug yet. Can you tell me more details? Which chapter? Does the grey screen happen after you click the mountain, or after you click the map? Anything else?

Hey, I'm writing a story and I would like to somehow incorporate the idea of magic colours into it. Would you mind too terribly if i did?
Yes, I have. But its totally unrelated to TGR. Not until someone (multiple someones) on this site pointed out "Breath" did I notice why people say that. Same name, yes, but unintended.

This game is so good I can't stop playing it! The beautiful hand drawn graphics and the compelling music that is very moving makes me come back for more every time! 5/5 And a sequel would be very appreciated!
Thanks. Sorry, there will not be a sequel to TGR :) But you are welcome to play our other game, which definitely will have a sequel in the next few months.

I adored this game. I love to play a great game with a great story. The gameplay was simple yet elegant and the overall story flowed well with it. The story itself, as well as the message was so moving it made me cry. And I didn't realize that I was crying until the very end. No game had ever done that for me. If I could I would give this 10/5 stars. Well done.

I actually cried at the ending, it was very beautiful. The whole game was very convincing an mysterious. I liked it very much :) Please don'tstop makin games, i now have played both your first and second game, and they are equally as good :) I really lked the hints in this game, if you were feelingcompletely lost you could just click on it and you didn't have to Watch a Whole walkthrough video )

(wow, they allow super long comments)... All in all a nice game, especially as it is your first one. I usually don't rate/comment games at all, but how you respond to all feedbacks at your 2nd game was convincing me the most and made me wonder about your 1st. going to play the other again and leave you a super-long comment there too if you don't mind :D

Wanted to give it 3/5 for story that didn't fascinate me until the last 5 minutes of the game and the puzzles that are so easy that you don't have to think anything. Gave 4 finally as the end of the story was making the rest up, and the puzzle with baiting the phoenix was hard (tried to colour everything, the stone, the stick, and burn it somehow in the bowl, but wouldn't have the final idea :D ). Still think you should take that for next games: don't make puzzles too easy. way-arrows for example are too easy for example in general. and don't solve everything with the talkings, "I hate raw food" would be enough without me telling that I'll cook him. or why tell me that he likes frogs initially? if there is nothing else to find that one can eat...

I rated this low a long time ago. I think I judged it based on the art style, and because I was impatient for a faster game. This time I needed a slow, beautiful one; and the art grows on you. Rerated 5 stars. I'm glad I gave it another chance because of your newer game. Thank you for this self-contained beauty. It made me think.

Played this game after playing your other (more recent) game. Got sucked right in by the wonderful music. I like the "drawing" art style as well, it makes this game stand out and it fits the theme you were trying to create.
Great work.

Love the simple art work, and loved the story...
This is definitely one of my favorite point and clicks.
Thanks for an amazing game and story. Hope to see more from you in the future.

I just finished playing this game and I can't help but to shed a tear or two. It has such deep message that I believe I know but I needed to hear or see. Thank you whoever made this game :D

I need to stop playing these philosophical games... My eyes are getting tired of welling up from the magnificent messages portrayed in them

This story touched me profoundly.
It actually bettered me as a person by inspiring some patience and courage to move forward in a tough phase of my life.
Thank you for that!

ummm, sequel please? That incorporates some of the other places on the map? I got completely lost in this one, almost forgot it was a game...

That game...no, that story... was absolutely the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I've never cried so much after playing a game. Thank you, BlackOliveGames, for making this beautiful game. Even as I'm typing this comment, I'm still crying from how beautiful the game was!

The Fox eats items like knives and lighters for breakfast? ...Either Chuck Norris transformed into a fox, or this fox is too ravenous to distinguish food from potential weapons...
