I wonder if later if later on, like jets of war 2 or something, if there could be 2 modrs, realistic and arcade. The way it is now being arcade, realistic being very um.. realistic. As in, as many bombs and missles as are on the pylones. Being able to use the mfd, and switch radar modes. Also amraams and sidewinders, and a bore mode. And what the guy below me said, being able to use joysticks. But thats just a wishlist for jets of war 2.

would be awesome if we could map out our own buttons ^^ that way it can suit all different types of keyboards and give the option to use different interface devices such as console controllers and joysticks. i do realise its just a concept but im just adding my two pence :P

@Earth_hell @melancholy_Crow 700kmh isnt even mach 1 and I was exageratin when i said 2 seconds. Please dont lecture me about jets and speeds. With all due respect i know a LOT.

@SPAZ234 A jet wouldnt cross a whole map in 2 seconds even in 700 km/h thats only Mach 1
and if you do enter Mach 1 a few things happen Which is
*Cant Hear Pretty Much Any Thing (Reason: mach 1 is faster then sound so sound is behind)
*At The Second Of Mach 1 There Is A Major Blast Of Air Around The Plane In A Cone Shape
its very loud but you in the plane cant hear it

things i would like too see, a more realistic speed for the jets, at 700 km/h a jet would be able to cross half the map in a second or 2. also, when you are turning, realisticly the inertia drops below where the jet is pointing. also, i would like to see the speed in knots and not km/h but then again i realize this is an arcade game, but make the structures and ships bigger, or have instead of the health bar, a target locator, so i can see them from 15000 feet.

Nice! Certainly one of the best-looking games I've seen, Unity or not. Keep up the good work.
Is there going to be a nose/cockpit cam? It's kinda hard to use the gun when your plane is blocking your view :)

emphan play aces high, its the most realistic ww2 flight sim ever. its free 2 download, there is offline practice and for online there is a couple different servers depending on how you want to play, it takes a while to get the hang of it and learn everything but its worth it once you get good, send me a shout and ill show you how to get started. there is a free online 2 week trial, after thats its 15 bucks a month.

when you have finished this game it would be great to see a WWII flight simulator as i am a big fan of IL-2 sturmovik and i think an online version done wiht unity would be great

i dont understand why you bothered naming the planes f16 and mirage when you added obvious features. im not trying to sound like a know it all. its pretty common knowledge those arent actual planes (the names are though) i was just wondering

Mouse controls maybe? rather than D pad to me it would be much better but im not sure what other would think but still yet its got a nice look about it

i think u updated it and now it's glitching... the controls suddenly stopped working. I can't hit two keys at once. This worked perfectly before

my only bug is that when i accidently crashed into the sea i was supposedly still at 50 foot in the air , the alt, could be a smidge more accurate + this if you agree that it should be changed

also d) usually rotating the plane sideways also turns it - combine roll and yaw controls for more intuitive and comfortable usage

a) allow configurable controls. b) allow first-person view, the plane blocks my view of where the heck it is i'm flying. c) where does the machine gun shoot, exactly? doesn't seem to be at the targetting dot...

@choc donut53, it's not a glitch. In real life u actually have to move the plane unless u r in the back of it. @Harrs, im not sure why everyone thinks tht they r bad. I find them rly easy.

Am I the only one that can't move the crosshair or is it meant to be like that coz it's really annoying having to move the whole plane just to aim my machine gun. plus if you have the same problem
