Endlessly loops the opening logos and returns to the "play" menu. Might've been interesting, but only if it actually starts. Sounds like it needed bugfixing in any case.

Needs a better interface and.. maybe inner workings tweaking. Doesn't seem to run exactly as expected during gameplay.

HEY! Please don't listen to ANYONE who wants you to add a fighting element/ war to the game!
I'm incredibly happy there is this ONE strategy game WITHOUT violence.
I didn't find ANY other. In all games you have to kill or fight something. THAT is boring. Every game has it. Like an illness :)
Ok, with that said now here comes what change i'd be happy to see: DETAILS. There is no information about any part of the production of goods. People are emigrating because of lack of religious services, or food, but there is no way to know which building produces the required amount of goods. THE AMOUNT. The exact amount, not just that it does produce some. If there would be these data to read, I would have the chance to solve the situation. It's not enough to se the changing total of gold/timber/stone. It's impotant to see what EACH BUILDING produces. If you add this, there's no better flash game than yours :)

Two marketplaces with 7 and 10 tools adjacent to a Large House that's wanted Tools for a year. 100% educated Middle Class, 14% Lower Class, despite a city served by only 1 School (which info-box says serves Lower Class only). 8 Lumberyards and 3 Sawmills and I still never have any wood? Coal on one side of the map, iron on the other, should I still build a Blacksmith? Where? Deciphering this game requires psychic powers.

Needs improvement, especially with the nagging of "Unemployment amongst Higher Class is a big problem!" keep appearing over and over... It's annoying.

Great game! + If you agree. Also, i know the debate for the War/non-war feature has been argued, and in my personal opinion, there should and not. As in, a mode where you face off on an AI opponent (Credit to Siggon) to where you could make peace or create war, but also a normal mode you play alone. Great game, 5/5! Again, + if you agree ^^

I dont see zoom out- zoom in buttons, if theres is one nvm, if theres isnt, adding them for a general far view from the town would nice

Great game, wish you'd make a second.
Middle Class houses revert size after saving, but don't evolve. Trees change locations after saving. One Sandlot map has no iron. Upper class education happiness doesn't raise with the library until it bottoms out.

Nice game but we need a better tutorial. I reach a certain stage and then start lowing lower class workers for no discernible reason. The lower classes are unhappy with their schools and entertainment no matter how many schools and taverns I build. And farms and industries that need lower class workers start losing their workforce, so the town starts running out of food. Building more serf housing just compounds the problem. And this is on easy.

I would love a feature where players could create and size maps, as well as game modes where you have AI opponents. The AI opponent mode would require features such as diplomacy and trade with opponents buying & selling at prices which would depend on supply and demand, also influenced by universal supply and demand. You would then also be able to see the average price of an item, and it would be cooler if players capitalize on those stats features to monopolize a resource. Desperation for a resource could then result in a war, which can call for the military feature. If we have lands completely separated by water, you can also add a "port" or "tunnel" feature. This is a great game which deserves no less than 5/5! I wish we had larger maps though...

There seems to be a problem with some buildings not transfering their products to the warehouse/town center but otherwise a very good game. I get gold smelters and blacksmiths with 100s of coins/tools in them. I think you should tweak the game a little so that anything produced is immediately in the marketplace or something.

This is a game I can't stop coming back to. I like how it doesn't follow the usual game pattern. Instead of "Build, grow, defend, repeat" it's more like "Build, grow, prosper". You made an absolutely beautiful game, and I hope you don't drastically change your strategy by adding enemies.

I saved and when reloaded my large mansion had the capacity of a medium mansion, my large shack the capacity of small shack, and my luxury house of large house 2. That's pretty messed up :(

meh, its definetly best quality flash game ive ever seen its almost tropico but the resource gathering is >.< and it got a hit boring. but overall 5/5

Need to balance the game a bit more. Maybe get more indepth about resources. from being able to sell bread, meat rum and so on. Make accumulating gold easier. And make resource gathering of workers more organized.

Does anybody know if the Large House 3 actually upgrades to a Luxury Villa? The same for Large Mansion and Large Shack. I'm already at month 314 and these houses keep saying they will upgrade, or they are upgrading, but nothing happened so far...
If they do upgrade, is there anything that should be done in order for it to happen?
By the way, great and addictive game. 5/5!

I agree with previous comments stating that this game is a Medieval version of Tropico or Simcity....but lacking military affairs really puts me off.....especially since Medieval times were known for corpses that decorate the area after a good old fashioned sacking....ah well :(

the wood production is disaster, engine doesn't seem to distribute properly and there's absolutely no overview of buildings, production nor anything...
oh yeah, where's the speed button?!?!?! =)

This is bs. There's no way a population od 947 needs more than three churches. Mine has 4 churches and 5 monasteries and the game is still whining about not having enough religions. Meanwhile, there's almost no entertainment or health(cause I'm wasting all my resources on religion) but, nobody's threatening to emigrate over that.

like the idea but is to complicated at least for me. I think the tutorial should be better and explain things better .
