Machine Gun:
Level 1: Fast inaccurate attacks.
Level 2: Faster and stronger attacks
Level 3: The batlefield spawns defensive bubbles that float around and fuse with each other to create bigger bubbles. they negate enemy attacks. If you shoot them yourself, then they disapear.
Level 4: Once a bubble is big enough it turns into a special bubble that enhances your attacks when you shoot them, making it bigger and stronger. Also negates enemy bullets.
Level 5: Super bubbles spawn that enhances your attacks even more and also destroys weaker enemies that flies into it.

Some tips: Remember that once you've upgraded your weapons to level that they have some passive abilities to deploy (for example, Shurikens at level 3 and so on can deploy a saw) then they will STILL LAST after switching your weapon. This can be lethal if mastered, as you might use amazing strenghts of your fully-upgraded Machinegun with your fully-upgraded Shuriken's two large saws going around you. If mastered with ALL the 4 weapons...then you can pretty much dominate the field without using any bombs after all on Hard diffuctily.

Beautiful graphics for a simple shooter, I loved it! Was quite challenging to get the perfect on the last level, even on medium difficulty - kudos!

Great game, but, er...Could you add the Unity symbol in the thumbnail please? I wouldn't mind that much but I had about 5 tabs open and everything crashed....

I have found that if weak enemies are spawning continuously, then missiles will rally up together and turn into a giant concentrated missile ball of doom.

To all people who don't want to download the unity player: there isn't actually anything bad about unity. I was skeptical about it also, but it is a tiny download, and the games are really fun. Unity itself is just an engine that can run 3d graphics, so at times it's worthwhile. The 2d games, however, have amazing detail that you can't get with just flash. I'd say that unity itself is just an extension of flash if you want to think about it that way, but all in all it is amazing.

Very difficult to play on a laptop with a touchpad - would have loved an option to fire continuously and just use the mouse to aim

LadyZilla said it. Flash or Unity, the first thing I look for is the quality control setting. Still, somehow this game didn't lag for me, so kudos.

pretty awesome game i really like how the computer reacts to your movements as well. The only thing that I would add is descriptions for the weapons. Otherwise very awesome and challenging

I have to say that, while I really enjoy this game, it is insanely graphics-heavy; Why do fewer and fewer game designers bother including graphics settings? Good games don't need top-of-the-line graphics, especially Flash games. If you feel the need to add heavy graphics, please offer a way for those of us who are playing at either work or school (or can't afford to upgrade our laptops) to reduce some of the extraneous explosions/blurred movement. 3/5

Every description of machine gun is missing one extremely important ability. Lvl 1: basic machine gun. Lvl 2: basic machine gun (just more dmg). Lvl 3: random small bubbles spawn which when shot, explode doing dmg. Lvl 4: Machine guns shoots 2 types of bullets; slower moving circles, and fast moving tiny arrows. Large bubbles with arrows spawn. Shooting through these turns them to higher dmg large arrows. ALSO, these bubbles BLOCK enemy projectiles (shields). Also, another version of the arrow bubble is one that has rotating saws (just a picture), that when inside it, slows down; allowing you to stay inside it for a long time. Lvl 5: Attack speed & dmg upgrade with more spread. --- (The best lvl 5 item- high dps, spread, and shields)

It's funny as hell when people say no one has posted the machine gun descriptions. This is because ShoryuKano already did it. I commented on the only thing he left out, lancer. Apparently no one rated the machine gun description up, so now it is missing from the top comments section. Too bad, cause that was the best weapon.

LVL 5 weapons rock!!!! Lancer just obliterates everything in it's path, homing missile with power ups pretty much means everything on the screen is dead XD and i love how the big bubbles for machine gun sort of magnify the shots making it super epic. Shuriken is the worst weapon to me unless combining the saws with other weapons.

VERY VERY nice graphics. I love bullet hell games, so it's an instant hit for me. Good variety of weapons (Lancer, Homing, MachineGun and Shuriken are all 'equippable' weapons) that can be used in such situations. Here's a bit of tips: PAY ATTENTION! This is a bullet hell. Everything that includes projectiles will be wanting to kill you. You need every millisecond so you can get out of quick predicaments. - The higher the difficulty, the faster the enemies respawn. Pick Easy for a dip in the pool of how the enemies are like.

i might as well posts this since noone else did. Machine Gun: Lvl. 1. wow, you already know. Lvl.2 more damage. Lvl.3 bubbles spawn, in wich you can pop next to enemies to inflict damage(not alot thought). Lvl.4. Bubble auras spanw. when you are inside of them , they make your attack damage greater and your arrows get a cool new appearance. You also shoot out loads of bubble "bombs" per sec. Lvl.5. same thing but you shoot faster and you shoot more arrows. happy machine gunning!

LOLOLOL in level 29 when all the squares came out i activated abotu 4-5 green circle powerups for the homing wiht the bomb. it look spectacular

It's possible to "combine" two different weapons. Start with the saw, and let the 6 point saw and 2 "following" saw activate. Switch to homing or something else and the saws remain as an excellent defense system.

awesome ! but the homing missile is too over powered at level 5 you just need to get 2 of those weird green things and everything is dead. the shuriken is also quite crazy but the last upgrade was a deception. great game 5/5

Very nice! At first i bought and upgraded the weapons just to see how more awesome they can get, later i found it useful to switch between weapons to take on different enemies. The contracting circles which announce new enemies is something i wish to see more often, in most other games enemies can just spawn on top of you and kill you without a warning

So I don't know if this is a bug or intentional, but every now and then my "light" becomes extremely slow. I'm at 4/5 speed at the moment and whenever this speed degradation happens, I almost always die in the later levels. It does sort of take away all the fun this game was causing.

Noone seems to have posted a comment on the mach. gun yet, so I thought I would. Pls vote up if you like! Machinegun. lvl 1 fast firing med damage. lvl 2 faster firing rate. lvl 3 faster firing rate, stronger, blue bubbles spawn randomly, when they are shot they cause small explosion. lvl 4 wider shots much faster firing rate, 2nd set of projectiles, and big bubbles with arrows in them. if you shoot the arrow bubbles, it amplifies your shots by a large amount. lvl 5 is lvl 4 doubled, as well as your bullets peirce, and cause damage just by getting close to the enemies, also get arrow bubbles with triangles spinning around them, if you shoot them its like a regular arrow bubble, except the shots get psudo strong. Hope this helps!

this game is good... and ppl... if u like good near by defence (front and back) choose shuriken... lvl 1:a regular sized shuriken lvl 2: 2 regular sized shurikens and 2 extra ones 3:3 regulaur sized shurikens 3 extra ones and 3 other small ones with a bussaw 4: same as 3 but with 2 buzzsaws.. lvl 5: same as 4 but whe nu shoot u get 2 spinnignrazors around u for awesome defence!

I love the game. Simply great. A good end-level interface as well, which a replay, next level, level select and upgrades. It would be awesome if there was a 'stats' page, with enemies killed, types of enemies killed, shots fired from each weapon, how many 'superpowers' from each weapon used, favourite weapon, etc.
