I really enjoyed this game! Sometimes defense games can get kind of dull after a while, but I kept looking forward to the new units and loved watching what was going on on scene. Nice additions with the spells, mixing units in towers, and branching unit trees. I look forward to more from you!

@peacekeeper: the lonely training house - melees - the spot just 'northeast' - even with mages/archers. train 1 splash guy per 2 stronger units - one healer per 2 mages. start with one set of each melee, archer, mage - train fairly evenly till max, then add more archers/mages. train to max. use cannon fire when there are a lot of enemy units in one spot. shouldnt need the magic scrolls, but do not be afraid to use

How can I possibly get a 5 star rating on the 13 main levels without unlocking these awards: Catch Them All, Steer Clear, General (this may mean melee fighters, but even still, I've well surpassed that).

Sheeeeiiiiiitttttt 3rd time my I've come back and lost my progress wtf? Otherwise a great game...but that's awfully frustrating.

@ChriXXX Place soldiers on the top left emplacement, in the healer range. They'll still attack what's coming on the road. Then place achers in the middle of the circle and upgrade their range so they'll be able to shoot anything

I think the possibility to change the position of magician and archers units (the fact that they're no longer towers) is a great addition to the Kingdom Ruch concept and makes the game better and much more enjoyable. I finally come to prefer this one over Kingdom Rush

At the end, you have 6 skill points left, would be cool to get an uber-skill or something then, also would love to see an endless mode

How to make a game everyone likes.
Step 1: Make a tower defense game.
Step 2: Make characters come out of the towers.
Done.

Very good tactic i learned, because i was going for the achievements: if you have the money, buy ninjas, nothing else, they slay everything, then have some money, so you can buy elves as anti-air, last buy 3 wizards, 1 for support, 2 to fight, best tactic ever if you move your ninjas.

if anyone needs some tips go with 2 melee and a wizered to a tower upgrade melee to duel's and upgrade wizzy to healers support with 2-3 teams of archers upgrade archers to fire archers by level 10-12 then go back to melee, by now you should have 2-4 groups so this should be the set up for them (((4 melee(3 hammers+1 assasin)2 wizzys(2 preists)))+2 teams of archers (upgrade 2 levels before the air wave)-(stop upgrading at elvish archer untill 17)x(u max out one mleee group early game and micro manage helps a lot)

yo it might seem different. but i think at higher levels you sheould replace all your soldiers with wizards. your melee fighters i mean. cause when the monsters come they usually shoot most of them before they even get there. 2: if there battle mages they can fight pri well anyway. 3: can attack flying units.

Fun game. Every level has something to keep it from getting too repetitive, and the concept, while not so original, was done in a way that made it feel original. 5/5 Hope there's a sequel.

Amazing game, can see the kingdom rush influence but its also very different. For those trying to get all the awards you can start the mission, train a healer, restart and do it again - it counts!

NVM. Best way to get through level 9 appears to be: two clusters of fighters at the exit (a few upgraded for splash damage) then archers everywhere else (a few upgraded for fire arrows.) Works like a charm.

Excellent. Each map is 'special', you can upgrade everything if you want, there are dozens of combinations of troops to win the map... Also, I loled at 2 things: Warcraft III unit responses and the victory picture at end :D

Very solid game. Does feel an awful lot like Kingdom Rush, right down to the campy voice acting, but.
By the way, level 9 is kicking my butt. Anyone know a good strategy for it?
