Is there anyone who completed the last level without monsters passing though? I found wave 20 on the last level perticulary difficult or even impossible. There are four purple slime bosses, and they nearly reach the exit before they become visible again. Even with the 'stop' spell, i found it impossible to get the lever perfect.

I haven't even started the game yet and I have to agree with Cybroc, just seeing you consistently address everyone's issues is freaking awesome. Good work ethic and customer support! I will be playing as soon as it's loaded!

Last level:
Start to build on the middle floor (5 spots)
{}{steam1}{steam2}{steam3}{}, upgrade them into crit towers.
Add 2 more steams on this floor (eventually make rocket towers)
Fill other spots with Eye tower(don't upgrade them)
You will need stun spell for 4 invisible boss wave and 2 or 3 times Gain spell for tough waves.

Dear people complaining about the game having no skill-reset. That is what you use your brainz for: You plan, shockgasp! OMG, you have to think forward! In a STRATEGY game! What have the world come to?!

last level is insanely hard. i got perfect every time until it, and cant beat it lol -_-". anybody know how to beat it?

skill reset please, i need to upgrade steam till maximum to finish last level with no escapers, but it's impossible cause i need one last skill point, which can only be achieved by doing it, so, im stuck forever :(

This has very good potential. One thing that frustrated me, though, was the lack of targeting options for the towers--once or twice the strange and (apparently) unchangeable targeting logic allowed a very killable creep to waltz right through more-than-adequate defenses. 4/5 as it stands; continue to improve and polish it up (great work on doing that so far, by the way), and it'll easily be a 5/5.

Towers should always target the mob closest to the exit. I've had a few imperfect levels because of this when it would have otherwise killed all the mobs.

Great game!!
Two things to note: 1) The eye tower upgrades do not match what the guide says 2) It it completely unclear what the GAIN magic spell does. Is this a permanent thing? Temporary? Does it affect current towers only, or also future towers ... does it matter if I keep casting it?

Anyone else notice a few towers actually lose damage when you level them up? Examples i can name right now would be Inferno (yea it gains fire damage but its base damage goes down quite a bit) Volcano (which again gains increasing fire damage... but here its only a chance for fire damage and with how slow a fire rate you cant rely on it) and while 3 eyed continues gaining damage... the gains so small can anyone tell me a good reason to level it from 1 to 3 when your trading half a second of stun for 10 damage?

One thing that should be added is to be able to have towers focus on enemies. Such as closest to the exit.
On levels with crisscrossing ramps it is frustrating to have every tower stop attacking a nearly dead enemy to attack on that just walked into attack range the level above them.

For bosses, sell two towers that are close together and put down two eye towers, level up one once, wait for both to shoot the boss twice/three times (they should be firing out of sync from each other) and finally level both of them up to level 3. DO NOT LEVEL THEM UP TO THE SPECIAL TOWERS!! The delay from the lightning tower is way less then the regular tower.

excellent game, I think this is one of the best strategic games i've played on kongregate. I hope that you guys continue to work on this project and make a second version with more maps more monsters and the same difficulty

Finally, I've finished the game with gold everywhere !!!! That wasn't easy but it was great ;)

just an idea if i skip to next wave with like 10 seconds left it should be transfred into money just adds a lil help i dunno if its a good idea

Oh and another thing. Sometimes when I click on a tower it will sell it right away without me even clicking sell.
I really like this game but these flaws make it difficult to play.

I don't know if this should be considered a bug or something a little annoying. When I reached the last wave on the first stage, I opened the warning for the new type of enemy when the "Last wave" message was still visible, and I couldn't read the warning because the message staid in there. I had to exit from the warning so the "Last wave" message could fade away. Besides that, it's an excelente game.

hehehe I was just about to post exactly what Hokvens said about crit tower and level 1 blues. make sure you put up a base red/brown tower next the entrance to pop the purple mobs and when large waves of dark blues come , have 'stop' ready. The rest of the towers are a joke.

all you need is critical hit tower + lv1 eye tower and you can finish all levels without losing 1 life!. + this comment to let more people see
