Under rating threshold (show) One other thing: tower upgrades being locked on early levels even if you go back for a replay later on is a very irritating thing. Especially if by that time you've had a chance to get used to the upgrades while playing other levels. It's the singularly most irritating thing for me in kingdom rush, for instance.

Under rating threshold (show) A good concept but pretty rough still. Besides the still valid points made by other players earlier there's several maps (2 and 5 at the very least, didn't go any further than 5) are not completely viewable. 2 scrolls automatically to the left, making it almost impossible to upgrade the rightmost tower. Map 5 almost doesn't show the portal. It's obscured by the next wave rectangle. This one's only needs cosmetic tweaking but still... Map 5 doesn't let the player zoom out all that much, which makes it impossible to see the whole thing at once. If you do have a zooming function in the game it should always be useable between fixed min - max settings (either 1x-2x-4x or whatever or full map/standard view), not have different ones on each map since you couldn't be bothered to add extra artwork on the sides. Also, the skills system looks poor compared to other games and even to the ingame tower upgrades (which are really good in concept if yet unbalanced).

Under rating threshold (show) A level one volcanic tower is amazing. However, higher level volcanic towers cost a good amount of money and deal significantly LESS DAMAGE. I understand that they have a higher chance to deal a few points of extra burn damage. But that's not worth spending hundreds of dollars to lose 40 damage per hit.

Under rating threshold (show) The only critique I can add is that it seems some upgrades are not worth it. For example, the eye tower gets a FAR bigger boost for the first upgrade (for $45) than from the second upgrade ($90). You're much better off with three level 2 eye towers for $450 than 2 level 3 eye towers for $500. The critical tower seems overpowered when fully upgraded...quick enough fire rate, huge range, and powerful enough to even kill the "brown" resistant monsters (unlike the other two types). For fire towers, the power jump from a level 3 basic fire tower to level 1 inferno tower is incredible - damage is increased 2.5x and the fire rate barely drops at all, plus the fire damage over time bonus. Sure you could upgrade it after that...but I'm not convinced the upgrades are better, much less a good use of your money. So some tweaking with the power levels of certain towers at certain upgrade levels is probably a good idea, but for a new game that's to be expected. 5/5 for potential.

Under rating threshold (show) I think you have some of the specials mixed up in the skills menu. The blue special stuns and the red special gives magic. You might want to fix this.

Under rating threshold (show) If you press the red ! to see some new information on things, but the "last wave" message is up, the last wave message is on top of the information and you can't read it and it doesn't go away. Then the red ! goes away because you 'read' it.

I still have a little request, could you please allow us to reset our skills, it would give your game some deepness (i'm not sure of that word, i learnt english by myself ^^ ) giving us the opportunity to try different strategies.

Under rating threshold (show) Under the tool tip for the eye tower it tells us that it gets the same upgrades (Inferno, Greed, Volcanic) as the tower of fire but in the start menu the upgrades for the Eye tower are Radar, 3 Eyed, and Chain lightning. Not that big of a mistake but should be fairly easy to fix!

Under rating threshold (show) OK... overall, a very nice looking game, and a welcome style in the TD genre. Side scrolling TD, perfect! A few issues as noted by others are that it would be nice to have a hover over that displays what the tower does, for the initial purchase, and upgrades too. Clicking off the tower into the background should deselect it. Clicking another tower should deselect the last tower you had selected. Obviouosly this is made by someone who has English as a second language, so maybe they could ask someone to re-write some of the descriptions. Great game, 4/5 with the possibilty of a 5/5 with a few tweeks!

Under rating threshold (show) tip: ALWAYS upgrade towers as fast as possible. totally worth it. sometimes you'll loose with standard towers, but would not need even half of your towers if upgraded for same cost.

Even arguing with the people who comment that this a problem. Poor behavior on the developers part.

When i click something to make a tower, it doesn't even tell me the names of them! I shouldn't have to pause just to know what I'm doing right from the very beginning.

Under rating threshold (show) Really, upgrading the volcanic tower actually decreases the dmg it does? Does this also increase chance of setting on fire, or just the set fire dmg goes up? Either way i think at worst the dmg done shouldnt fall.

Under rating threshold (show) Weak upgrade model. Map is visually cluttered. Insufficient tower information, no mouseovers, etc. Max zoomout doesn't allow you to see everything. Little strategy or player involvement required: most maps can be beat simply by filling spots with any tower. Unspendable skill points left over after beating every level. Lots of problems, game feels unfinished.

Under rating threshold (show) There is a bug or feature or what ever you want to call it in the game: press backspace once => u get the developer console press backspace multiple times => win the lvl on gold pls fix that one ;)
