On the comet level you have to click the first jelly fish.
I wasn't digging the art in this game. I'm sure other people might enjoy it but the style wasn't for me. I also didn't like how a lighter/darker color on an object is considered a difference. The music wasnt too bad though.

On level 1 I could clearly see a difference in the design of windows in the rightmost tower in each picture but clicking just kept reducing my score. And why is there no hint button?
