The patriots don't fire and forget, so use the cannons, their instant projectile speed means they won't redundantly fire at a single target.

level 7 is annoying, but so easy. most of the game is easy, more levels and a better targeting AI for the weapons would have made me rate this higher. as is, a 3/5.

Do I actually /need/ fully upgraded cannons? No, probably not on the early levels, but it's rather satisfying to not have any of their missiles even get over the green grass of the island I am protecting.

Just have a city surrounded by bunkers and those bunkers surrounded by cities. Money generation and everything is hard to kill.

I get to the mission where you start with nothing and have to sell cities... I didn't realize cities made the money. I thought that you had passive money generation and the factories were the only things that increased it. You might as well build a crapton of cities because factories are too expensive.

Once you've understood that patriots suck and that surrounding your island by a wall of upgraded cannons protects you against nearly anything, the game becomes absulrdly easy. After the last mission I was like "What? Over already?". I beat all the missions and insane mode and I don't even know what the game over screen looks like...

The patriot missiles seemed good at first glance, but it's completely ruined by a targeting system worse than Russian SAMs from the '50s. In real life, when the initial target is destroyed, a missile looks for *another* target, it doesn't self-destruct stupidly like it does here. Because of that, I only make cannons...

i surprised that the enemy did not shoot more missiles. did their workers also go on strike or they having finance difficulty.

So, about 50-75% of the time, I complete all the objectives for a level, but the level never finishes. Is anyone else seeing this?

Lol at lvl 5. missile workers go on strike during a missile attack. guess they care more about getting paid more then living to get any pay at all xD

Is the scoring bugged or does playing at mochi give bonus points?
I scored 500k like most people, but there's 3 that range from 5 Mil to 5000 Mil.....

does the bunker cover 8 squares or only 4?
ie does it cover left, right, below, above AND Diagonally above right, above left, below right & below Left?

That's not all, now I see mission 8. "Insufficient Radar" message, then everything is a stealth missile and I'm getting screwed while waiting for enough cash to get "Sufficient Radar". Although it does seem kinda stupid, why the heck can't the guns target the missiles if they can see the smoke trails!

Interesting game, but by far not perfect. Needs some quick fixes, and could expand in many areas, but I still enjoy it.

ring your island with the cheap cannons and nothing will get through, the targeting system of the patriots that makes it target the same missile makes it useless, even if fully upgraded.

Fun game, would have given higher score if not bugged. Had to complete some missions multiple times to actually beat the level. After beating mission 11 2 times I'm giving up now!

nice one, get somewhat deep in the later game, but last lv. is dam hard,... like it, how about different resources?

the last mission is fun :D escpecially the last cruiser ^^ he just shot about 50 missiles one attack.. and sometimes 3-5 attacks in a row ^^

btw. i dont think its boring... just play til the end... there you fight ships, and other islands... so therefore 5/5 :)

@Yerfderf: level 5 is easy, just think of albania... build bunkers, they cost only 1M, and missiles targeting is distributed between every building.
