The Surgeon cannot control his fingers properly, unable to hold things, drops tools at the bad time *Cough* When you are getting the good heart out and you drop it on the floor *Cough* And can make his whole hand to a 180 directly. To be honest, I think the person being transplanted on can do his job for him, On him.

well when i tried to use the bone saw i tried to open the rib cage and then you know i grabbed the Hamer and stuck it in the bottom of the cager and it got caught to one of the bone the i pulled not knowing what I'm doing and all the organs and bone fell out every where XD

Well, as i grabbed the hammer, having no idea what i was doing, i smacked his rib cage with it. That's when it happened... BOOM!! Hammer time! Organs go flying everywhere! "No need for those obviously" i think as they fly into the darkness behind the man's head. the saw is taken and slices into the poor guy's heart, and it shoots out of his body. Punch open the heart that will replace his and drop the heart (like you're dropping the mic) into the hole, now bleeding like crazy. Yet, the operation is a success and apparently he will be ok...

step one, take a hammer and destroy every bone in his chest. step two, take a electric spinning blade and make him eat it. step three stick it in his heart, and remove all major arteries. step 4, play around with his lungs. step five, stick a middle finger up his nose as he bleeds to death. step six, take the bone saw and kill everyone on the ambulance so you never are taken out of the medical industry. step seven, repeat all steps.

A++ and took me 6:58 2 hearts in all bones broken with 1 shot of a hammer 1 scalpel in his heart 1 in the chest and a saw in too

great job! i have one thing to change though, could this game get more levels to it? I can see how it can be hard to do that considering this is the free version. If you could though, it would be great

Snake, we need you to infltrate Metal Gear Bob's chest cavity and replace the heart before he wakes up and creates a semi nuclear war. We have no instructions on how to preform the operation, so I'm afraid you gunna have to improvise. The fate of war is depending on you Snake, good luck.

i murdered the guy in 1:44. okay i did drop a rotating saw in his body which smashed everything to pieces but that i not so big mistake is it?

i managed to pull 1 of his lungs out of his rib cage with my amazing brute skills, and when i did, he instantly died, R.I.P, now he will file a law suit against me and i will have to go to court, and be executed for my actions, thanks alot...
