welp i did it no lungs or ribs medical instruments inside if him but A plus plus grade only took me like a month to even complete it

um.... yeah well i... took of the... i tryed to take off the blanket at the begining... then it kind of went in to the... rib cage and so did my hand... then the lung just flew out and after a a minute of trying to get my hand out it bent backwards and flew out...

i tried to just do a simple operation but after 10 min i ripped out his lungs and just threw them at him...im sorry bob

m sorry to inform you of of this, but in the process of heart transplantation you have lost your both lungs and the rib cage. You might also experience some chest pains because of the few instruments I lost in there. Good point - the operation was a success and you now have two hearts!" After accidentally throwing the saw across the room and breaking all the glass vessels, I somehow managed to spill a bunch of pins or something into his chest cavity. I then tried to pick up the hammer, which was lying on his sternum, and somehow got a firm grip on one of his lungs, between two ribs. After tugging and wrenching from side to side for a few seconds, his ribcage lost structural integrity, and ribs and organs went flying everywhere. One of the lungs landed in the organ transport container, so I guess it's ready to go. This guy certainly doesn't need it anymore "And that's how I lost my medical license

um sir you may die since you have no lungs and your arteries to your heart are not connected and if you go to sleep on your stomach you may have serious pain cause you have no ribs . so have a good 30 minute light !:) lol

Great news sir you have a new brain. But a few problems first I broke your skull the scape; is stuck in your brain and I put the brain in upside down rating A+

a++ 6:47 with like 4000 something blood left... that was when i was even having some trouble. I smashed the ribcage with the hammer, took out all the bones and other organs, knocked over the radio, took a little knife (forgot what they are called) and cut the veins and arteries until the heart stopped pumping, took out old heart, replaced it... not TOO hard if you are pretty sure how to do it but if you are new and dont understand at all its hard. (i watched someone play this like 100 times)
