I like the dark humor of this, the horrible controls, I think add to the flavor of the game. Honestly, my biggest gripe is that the guy is already opened up, I'd like to hack, ahem, I mean perform surgery with a fresh cadaver...um, i mean, meh it's a torture sim...

Quality adjustment option would be nice.Lagg combined with weird controls makes it pretty impossible.I knocked most of my tools of the table in 1 move.

Poorly planned. Potential is there but controls are weak, learning curve is steepand lack of a tutorial of any kind makes it a fairly unenjoyable experience.

I love the idea of this game!!! To bad the controls are so horrible. Could not grab a thing and just by moving the arm was knocking stuff off the table. The movement would keep moving even after i stopped my mouse. I think the idea and the work on it so far are pretty good as far as graphics, but the movement is horrible, not so much the control layout.

Well I enjoyed giving the guy the finger in his sleep and then accidentally making his ribcage explode by shoving my fingers under it and pushing his left lung to the right side, and then put all the stuff I could push in to his chest cavity in there. Can anyone else not move the hand when you're holding something?

I think doing this in real life would be much easier because you know how to grab this other than just throw everything around

To anybody complaining about the controls... you don't get it. This game is hilarious precisely because of the control scheme.

idea is great an i was really excited at first sight. but then i tried to do the task. 1st suggestion, make full screen mode or block mouse in the game window. This one flaw makes it unplayable, When you fix this i'll give it another shot. Rotation around the table would make it easier to pick up things that fell out of hands in wrong direction. Idea 5/5, graphics really nice, controls 0/5. Not playable at the moment.

1st attempt: Threw the new heart on the floor, couldn't take it back again
2nd attempt: Tried to take the syringe, took the tray and smacked it right into the patient's face
3rd attempt: Argh, forget it, typing a comment is much easier

That's one tough patient. And not a good game. But I guess a "Surgeon Simulator" has to be ridiculously hard. Waiting for "Diagnosis Simulator".
