I have no idea what I'm doing. I smashed all his ribs and removed everything I could, but couldn't figure out how to cut out the heart, because I dropped the cutty thing on the floor. One lung was on the table next to him, and the other must have gotten lost in the excitement. Also, the lung was still breathing.

within 3min, 31sec, I managed to:
get rid of the entire rib cage
cut the heart out maliciously
throw the bad one out
put the new one in
put lungs back in
add metallic rib cage
add radio function to the person
and now do you want to know what I did on the game?

The best in this game was the joke about getting it on steam via greenlight. Take a hint: You shouldnt't have shown it in public if you ever wanted this to happen.

Ahhh, easy going... destroy the whole chest with the hammer, take all the crap out, cut the old heart on the 3 points and finally, throw the new heart in the right position. Done! I think, now i am a heart specialist. Feel free to call me if u need a surgery! =)

Soo....it would be NICE to play the game! The Unity Web program is a piece of garbage. I've tried on many occasions to dl it. I even went TO THEIR website...still it's a crock. *shakes head*

Hmmm this was impossible to play on Chrome, couldn't even pick up the hammer. However, using firefox I am an A++ surgeon. Just hope this guy never tries to take a flight - he has now has scalpels in his chest cavity instead of a ribcage

Clearly I am getting too old.. Cause I have no clue where the humor is. Is it like Postal? The screams from the protagonist doesn't really go with that.
