Successful transplant on the first try! Too bad about his lungs though...well that and his ribs that are thrown all across the room. How did my patient survive without lungs, you ask? Obviously it's because I am an expert surgeon! I don't even need to wear surgical gloves :) *applies for online medical school*

The transplant has been a succes but, i lost the good heart so i used the
radio , after 3 days the patient dyes and i was busted

It's easy to mess up, but if you're careful and use the right tools you can consistently get A++'s whenever you attempt this game.
