Wow... once I worked out what I was doing, I got a saw and cut open his rib cage, all the while shouting "Jesus Christ". Then I threw some cotton buds into his chest cavity, ripped out both his lungs, and stood there while I watched him die. It was fun.

In the first few seconds i got my hand stuck under his rib cage, then after five minutes of trying to get my hand out i grabbed the heart and dropped it in. After that anything that was already inside him was on his face or the floor and i dropped the heart on the floor when i accidentally pushed the all the knives and pins in his organs. I cut him multiple times with the scissors and the back of the hammer, and dropped blood all over his face mask. I lost the cloth cover that was on him, so i just left before i made it worse.

right, he needs more surgery to remove some sharp objects from his rib cage but if you ignore the broken bones, lost lungs and well... the fact that i dropped his new heart off the table then he's fine... whose next?

This has game has got to get a reward for the worst game mechanics ever. It reminds me of thos bad comedies where the doc mistakinly numbed his hands but still goes on to preform surgery

The Results: Dear Mrs Banana, im sorry to tell you that your husband has lost his entire ribcage and two lungs. Although he may not be able to breath or stand properly, he is still alive. But please dont try to sue us as i accidently threw some unessecary items in his chest.

Here's a strategy,pick up hammer destroy his ribcage and lung which only take 1 hit but he will lose 2000 blood but he still have at least 3600 blood then start using the scalpel to cut arteliry of his heart (After you remove the mess of course) and walah.

The surgery was a success but the patient is dead...What i'm going to tell to his family?"Come in for a free surgery"!The i gonna disembowel them and there will be no witesses about that unsuccessul surgery!

I dont know.... I Destroyed all the bone 'cuz i ws thinking !But unfortunately a lung fell in a jar and the saw cuted at half the stomach! I threw the heart in the stomach and i was thinking:he well be just fine!

XD Spashed his rib cage with a hammer then pulled out ribs and lungs, dropped a scalpel on his heart picked it up, struggled for 2 or three minutes to finally swat his heart out of his chest then dropped the transplant in at 7:00 with 4.1mL of blood left A++ XD

Good idea, but the controls are a bit difficult to figure out. I can pick up the tools but it's difficult to effectively use them.

okay there's good news and bad news good news is that you have to hearts!bad news is that when i was cleaning up most of my intruments

After a few seconds of swinging my arm randomly, my I hit the heart and sent it flying. I have yet to find a way to pick it back up
